I came here for Red Cup Day and grabbed a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Blended. All my customizations were done exactly how I asked, which honestly made my morning. Even though the staff was already pretty busy by 9 AM with multiple takeaway orders, I still got my drink in under 12 minutes, kind of impressive, not gonna lie :D As for the store itself, like most Starbucks spots, it was super clean and super inviting. I stopped in to do some work while waiting on my partner in a meeting. When I walked in, no one said hello (they were empty and no one was in the drive through, nor was anyone actively making drinks). I stood at the register for a few minutes with not one employee making any effort to interact. When one of them appeared, she stood and stared at me from across the room for about 30-40 seconds before even approaching the register or greeting me. I ordered the ice blue coconut matcha and you can definitely tell that they are using a thickening agent in the blended drinks now. It never melted, and it definitely had a chemical aftertaste. No one came in for the hour or so I was there, except one woman who came in with her own travel coffee mug and didn't order. Not a single employee was on the floor for a good 25 minutes before I packed up to leave and the place looked like they abandoned it when I left. Definitely go to a different location and just avoid the blended drinks altogether until they decide to not use something just so they don't melt while they sit on the counter. read more

The staff here is SO friendly. We come here all the time with our toddler for a bagel and juice, and they are very nice and attentive no matter how busy it gets. Starbucks coffee and food is what it is, but this location shines because of the people who work there. read more

I came here for my birthday last Summer. This location is on the smaller side but was not too crowded on a weekday morning. The staff was very friendly. They allowed me to get my birthday treat even though my app was not showing my reward at all after I showed them my ID. And they also wrote a nice little note on my treat as well which was very sweet. It did take a little bit to get my item because they may have been a bit short staffed but the wait was not too bad. This particular location is definitely in a busier area and right next to a ton of big box businesses. The inside is somewhat smaller for the amount of people I saw coming in but I was able to find seating pretty quickly. The staff are incredible and attentive. The inside has a variety of seating including one long table (for 6-8ppl) , comfy chairs and a few other scattered tables. It's convenient for when in the area but definitely a little more on the crowded/smaller space since. read more

Going to Starbucks for coffee is one of my new favorite things since I got the iPhone app. I always have my gift card with me now that it's on my phone; I can add as little money as I want whenever I want; and the app gives me deals. Today I got a FREE maple pecan latte because I registered my birthday. Yeah me! Also, the staff at 75th Street are friendly and knowledgeable: they haven't messed up my drink order yet. I wanted to remove 1 star because $5.50 per coffee is expensive. That's 15 lbs of bananas or 2 dozen eggs. However, they do have free WiFi and don't mind if I hang out for an afternoon and use it. Great Starbucks location if you ask me! 99% of the time I'm going through the drive-thru here since it's on the way to my parent's house, but I have stopped inside maybe once or twice. Don't be scared away if the drive-thru window line looks long. It always seems to move fast and it honestly looks worse than it is since the line itself is pretty short (meaning it doesn't have room to wrap around the building or anything). The inside of this Starbucks is much smaller than the location further north on 75th, but there's still plenty of space to grab a table. They also have seating outside which is nice for the warmer months. There are a handful of Starbucks drinks I like to rotate through. It usually depends on the season and if I need caffeine or a fake (decaf) pick me up. Iced skinny vanilla lattes, cold brew coffees, and green tea are some of my faves, but I'm a sucker for the seasonal specials as well. Pumpkin spiced latte anyone? #basic Their cake-pops are my real guilty pleasure though. The chocolate and birthday cake are heavenly and the perfect bite of sweetness to treat myself. They're decorated so cute too! Plus, I think there's just over 100 calories. Worth it! read more

This Starbucks has gotten worse and worse the past two years. I am a regular here. I mean I used to come daily, sometimes twice a day. They have messed up my mobile order 4 times. Sometimes due to "technical problem". Other time due to them just being negligent, for example not reading the label or doing the specifications of the mobile order itself. Honestly, I have contacted our corporate, and I hate being that person. But it seems to be necessary. I went this afternoon, after work, To grab an iced tea for the long HOT ride home. An ICED TEA. Their iced tea is already made, add lemonade on ice. That's it. Three ingredient. And I waited eight minutes. The young lady that was working the "bar", was clearly struggling trying to keep up with the drive through traffic, as I was an inside customer. There were two other gentleman working, one the register and the other the drive-through window, and they just watched her as she made drinks. I actually work at a Starbucks long ago, and I know that they should be assisting her during their downtime. Especially the gentleman at the register, he could've taken care of the easy drink. If there were another coffee place, or something in the area, I would go there. I've always been a huge fan of Starbucks, I love their products. But I'm starting to lose faith, and they have not handled the situation. My entire office mates have had the same experiences. read more

Coffee was quick and tasted just like every other cup of Starbucks - slightly burnt and overpriced. This particular location was clean and the staff was very nice. It had a lot of seating, especially two person tables, which I prefer. The drive thru line was ridiculously long when I showed up but can't comment on if it moved fast or not. read more

Thursday afternoon, around 3 - I suppose it could be a busy pick-me-up time. I almost exited the drive-thru lane on 3 occasions, but decided to do something for myself and stick with it. Ten minutes after entering the line (with only 3 cars in front of me), I pulled around to pick up my order - coconut cold brew with coconut milk and a splash of cream. A coworker had ordered this before and I just love it. That extra splash of cream thickens the drink and doesn't add much in terms of calories. So it's a bit strange - but i promise, it's good. However, I didn't expect the Starbucks employees to be TALKING ABOUT ME AND MY ORDER when I pulled up! Gossip about customers - sure, we all know it happens. But could ya wait til I leave the drive-thru?! The drive-thru employee looked back and corrected the order (they forgot the cream) and then said (after receiving a weird look from the one making the order), "Yeah I know, it's weird." To make light of the situation, I tried to explain that it really was good, and joked around, to which the employee just looked at me and said, "Have a nice day." I'm not one to review chains, but I've never quite experienced rude/offputting service at a Starbucks before. read more

After a super long day shopping, we hit the drive-through for a touch of magic. My sweet niece had powered through like a champ! Four hours of shoe shopping and other delightful endeavors without one complaint. If anything deserved an unexpected treat, that behavior did. This Starbucks is closest to work for me, it's easy to get in and out, and the drive-thru service is quick even when I'm waiting behind 3 or 4 cars. Employees are friendly, and they haven't messed up my order. This is a good location if you want to relax, use the wifi or chat with a friend since there's more than a few tables and lots of space. Coffee isn't always as hot as I'd like it to be, but I've ordered breakfast twice and it sears the skin on the roof of my mouth, so I guess that's a good thing? read more

These guys are GREAT! I pass several other Starbucks just to go to this one. My drinks are always perfect and the people there are just great people. I stop in everyday, so they have my order memorized. Whether I order at the drive thru, walk-in or mobile, they still deliver first class service with a smile. I did not have a hard time finding a seat in this shop as it was a Sunday at 2pm. This is your typical Starbucks shop like in any shops located along the highway. Not too crowded and coffee is standard. You can definitely get your coffee here without the long wait. read more

This place is very inconsistent. I've order multiple times from here and each time a mistake is always made on my order. From it not being ready despite being ordered 45 minutes earlier to them completely giving me something wrong. Service is not good and I highly just recommend driving a little extra to a better Starbucks location. read more

Made my drink way too sweet, it was obvious they put way too many pumps in. When I went to take it back they gave attitude about it, didn't offer a free drink coupon (which all Starbucks do if they make a mistake). Gave me a grande instead but meant nothing to me since I don't drink more than the tall size. Horrible customer service read more

The baristas here are so so so sweet! I recieved a free wrap and then later a coupon since I waited a little for my drink. Everytime I come here Iget alot done. Quiet in the evenings but it does get busy at certain times of the day so you might not be able to get a chair. For the most part a great ambiance for studying but they could put in jazzier music on their intercom. read more

Did they get new baristas? They've messed up my drink the last three times I've been there. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 pump vanilla latte. I waited until I got home to try it (big mistake). It was so disgustingly sweet. It was obvious the barista put more than two pumps in it. Five dollars is a lot for coffee. 2nd time I have been here to order my drink and they were out of bananas. There is literally a Costco and Walmart grocery in the parking lot as well as a Whole Foods across the street.
