Dutch Brother coffee and coffee drinks are so good, definitely a step above the other more popular spot. This location is super convenient whenever I'm out in Woodburn visiting the various flower fields or outlet shops. it's larger than the location a few miles a way and more convenient to I-5. The service is always friendly - Dutch Brothers definitely in train their employees on customer friendliness and satisfaction. And drinks are consistently good. Yesterday I ordered an iced cold brew on my way to the tulip fields. It was the first 78 degree day and the cold brew hit the spot! It was an early morning 9/14/25 as we headed back to PDX to catch our flight home to Hawaii. It was a light drizzle with dark gray skies when we pulled up to Dutch Bros. I apologized as I forgot the young woman's name that greeted us with a smile and welcomed us on this dreary morning. We explained that this is our first time to a Dutch Bros and my daughter was super excited. We ordered two seasonal pumpkin brûlée lattes and an americano. When we pulled up there were other workers who had greeted us with the same smile and upbeat welcoming: They were very professionals and welcoming I was amazed at these young workers. It made me want to be young again and work what I can only imagine is a company that takes care of their employees. While chatting with the team we seen photos of pups and people it made this tiny building feel welcoming. I'm so sad that I was unable to recall any of their names but my daughter and I was amazed of the hospitality and service provided. I so wish we could transport back to pick up some more DELICIOUS coffee. BTW I am usually a plain Jane I don't usually get anything fancy but I tasted my husbands latte and it was THE BEST seasonal fancy coffee I've ever had. This location has become mine & my pup Violet's favorite by far! Violet is a rescue, she has trust issues with others & insecure when in the car. But the way the Baristas & Baristbros had so much patience & understanding with her during our start of coming, she fell absolutely in love with them. Now she begs me everyday to go & I say, "do you want to go see your friends?!" She gets the roomies & knows exactly what that means. I'm grateful for them actually, for my pups sake but for mine as well. I really look forward to seeing their smiling faces & kind, caring & genuine interactions I get. I truly appreciate them. We heard wonderful things about their coffee so we were not surprised by the crazy long drive through line. We both ordered an iced banana & white chocolate latte. It was AMAZING!!! It was not overly sweet and the two flavors complimented each other. We also ordered a cranberry muffin too to share. The muffin top was moist and dense...perfect with coffee. If we could have someone train the rest of the city of Woodburn on customer service, customer interaction, friendliness, how to greet people, smiling, leaving life's problems at the door, and how to run a successful customer based business, it would be whomever created Dutch bros business model. I probably don't have the money to get everyday, but I do, because I love this place so much. I wake up groggy or unpleasant, and after I leave Dutch, I feel much better about the day. Their entire vibe just turns my crappy mornings around, which in turn sets the tone for the rest of my day. It's hard to have a bad interaction or day, when you're treated so well as a customer! When we tried to tell her that we had been waiting there for 5 minutes behind the person in front of us she rolled down her window and proceeded to tell us that we're not allowed to enter from that side so apparently that gives her a right to cut us in line...? Even her coworker was embarrassed for her, trying to take our order for us in front of her but we ended up leaving. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a human perspective but you WORK there?! On our way back to Portland from the Woodshoe Tulip Festival, we needed a caffeine boost and decided to try Dutch Bros since it seems popular out here. I should've gotten her name, but the young lady that helped us was super friendly and helpful since we told her we were first time Oregon visitors. I got a black tea, orange and vanilla, 1/2 sweet on ice, because I was in an orange creamsicle kinda mood. And BF got cold brew caramelizer, w/ 1/2 caramel. BF thoroughly enjoyed his cold brew and said it was one of the better brews that he's had. My drink was perfect! I don't like super sweet drinks, so the 1/2 sweet was juuust right. I couldn't have asked for a better refreshing drink after a long warm day in the tulip fields. And just as we thought our first Dutch Bros experience couldn't get any better, when our drinks were finished she handed them to us and said: drinks are on me, it's your first time. They have an extensive menu, along with their usual regulars, in addition to having some pastries on deck! My friend and I were visiting back in February, and had wanted some coffee on our way to Woodburn Premium Outlets, and this location was super easy to get to - it was just off the freeway exit ramp, and there weren't any lines - to think that it was morning & usually, there'd be a parking jihad around the vicinity! We were promptly greeted from being inside our vehicle as we pulled up, and we already knew what we wanted - in addition to letting them know our customized preferences for our drinks. They got our orders down without writing it down, and they were on point! Our drinks came out efficiently, and after our first sip - YUM!!! This is a really great location. Staff are friendly and very efficient, the wine is never long, and the drink always comes out tasting superb. It is good enough that even if I am not already in Woodburn I will often stop by when driving down the freeway to grab a drink. Getting in and out can be a bit confusing because of how the city set up the roads, but once you get the hang of it it's really easy to get in. Best service ever! I expect to wait at Dutch to get my drink. This dutch location was so efficient I hardly had to wait. I pull up and there's two cars in front of me. I place my order with the walkup worker and she takes my gift card payment (most of the locations make you pay up at the window with giftcards), within a minute of pulling forward my drink is perfectly made. I'll admit I have a high maintenance drink order. My drink was perfect. We were in and out and back on the road as we are heading to Lebanon for the day. This location seems to have a long line on both sides, but then again it's right next to the 99 highway so I can't really complain. Got a dopio espresso with white mocha and whipped cream over ice. I try to get the same thing at most places to tell the difference/quality. White chocolate mocha was a bit lacking on coffee flavor before. But the dopio was a little better. However even though I got the small, the cup was equivalent to grande of Starbucks. Points for quantity (esp for a long drive). However even the dopio for the large cup might've watered down the amount of coffee flavor (worked against me in my case). Appreciate the customer service, 24hr service, and quantity. But have to give 3/5 (2.5/5 for drink but bumped up for qualities mentioned previously) read more
