I went to Jamba to try their new watermelon skies smoothie. There was a bit of a wait time because when I arrived there was only one worker but four people in line ordering including me. After a while, more workers appeared so it wasn't too long of a wait to get my drink after ordering. I like that there's a good amount of seating inside and outside the store. read more

Incredibly friendly staff. I was greeted by all immediately ion walking in. No shortage of niceties here. It's a Jamba Juice, so not really a place to sit and relax, but there are a few small tables there if you wanted to sit and enjoy. Only hiccup was they must have misheard my order and gave me a different smoothie. No matter though, the one they gave me tasted great still. I didn't realize the had protein smoothies now. I'll have to give those a try next time. The mango smoothie they gave me tasted just like mango sorbet--so good! read more

Got a free small birthday smoothie from this Jamba. I got the new small dragon fruit twist. The flavor was very interesting, yet pretty good. I placed my order online and they had my smoothie chilling in the refrigerator when I arrived. The cashier was nice in our short interaction. I don't like to write bad reviews, but this particular location is just sad. First thing I saw when we walked in was one of the kids drop the toaster oven tray on the ground and then immediately use it for food afterwards. Neither of the two were friendly, and one of them had airpods in both ears and was chewing gum. They also we're making different types on smoothies in unrinsed pitchers, and handling the stacks of lids with ungloved hands My smoothie was also forgotten about I guess because three other customers behind me had theirs made first and by the time I got mine, it was basically just juice. The wait was also about 15-20 mins with only 2 customers ahead of me. I love Jamba, but this was really disappointing. read more

We had a bad experience when visiting Jamba. It's like the gal working (Brianna) had no clue what she was doing. She took our order and then says oh sorry I'm out of veggie egg bake, but I have one and you can choose something else. So we got 2 classic sandwiches. We never even Rcvd the waffle we ordered. Since we are from Indiana just traveling through there was no way to go back and get a refund nor my waffle. Smh The smoothies were really good. Didn't care too much for the classic sandwich. With Starbucks being right next door I wish we would have just went there instead to be honest. read more

Strawberries Wild has always been my go-to smoothie here! The apple in it, always surprises me, and makes me super happy. This last time, I got the Pomegranate Paradise. I forgot to take a picture of it, shame on me, but really it looks like the strawberries wild, but a little darker. OMGoodness, was it so delicious! I think I've found a new go-to if I'm not in the mood for my original choice. It was a little tart, but I love that in fruit! I've never been a sweet fruit person, this was just amazing! read more

It's been forever since I've stopped at a Jamba and kind of had no choice but to stop in for nostalgic purposes, boy has it changed. They offer protein shakes and smoothie bowls now but back in the day I was a strawberries wild girl. To my surprise they were out of strawberries and mangoes - those are like the VIPs of smoothies, the OGs the main characters how do you smoothie without those fruits. That made our options limited but they were willing to substitute with another fruit of choice. I was the only customer at the time and the amount ot time it took for these teens to make 3 smoothies was insane, back in the day they were turbo smoothie slingers, they'd scoop whip and dip and start slamming the sides of those blenders to pour your drink in no time at all. Not to mention some employees (maybe they weren't I'm not sure no uniform) were just standing there on their phones hanging out, drinking their own smoothies maybe they had the last of the strawberries and mango, couldn't tell ya. I was avoiding Jamba Juice because a long time ago I went to one and didn't know what to order so I got a smoothie and just felt it was not as healthy for me as I would like. I am so glad I gave it another try. I like that you can order just fruit and veggie smoothies with not added stuff. They have the calories and ingredients posted. Super impressed the first time we visited this location. Service was great! But within a months span, service went downhill. I'm crazy over their smoothie bowl...but I've found hair in them on two separate occasions now, maybe 2 weeks apart. The first time, I was like ew but it was a small strand so I let it go. But the second time, there were two different types of hair in it. I don't think I'm going back. read more
