The last time I was there, the mechanic kept coming into the lobby to give me updates, explain what they were doing, and let me know how much longer it would be. That kind of communication and care is rare. What really stands out is that they're not trying to upsell or squeeze money out of you. They focus on doing solid work and taking care of their customers. In fact, every time I've been there, my final bill has come out lower than what they originally quoted--which never happens anywhere else. I made the appointment and arrived early. They had an empty bay and were waiting for me with special order tires in the bay also waiting. They went above and beyond the normal duties I was accustomed to. John advised me that with my tire change, they were going to balance, rotate and align my vehicle as part of the included service of buying new tires. They looked at all 5 tires and put the best one on the spare and all the new ones to drive. While waiting their lobby had water and coffee, TV and newspapers for entertainment, the lobby and bathroom was clean and cared for. Most importantly, their prices were highly competitive and even better than internet prices - for my tires. In comparison to the shop I won't do business with, I have to applaud Greg and John for their incredible customer service and honest service! I will be back with my other vehicles for tire, brake, suspension and oil service!
