The office staff made working with our insurance company and arranging a payment plan easy and stress free. Over the years we saw Dr. Sokoloff, he was professional, encouraging, and patient. When my daughter went through some unrelated health problems that affected her ability to stay on top of appointments, he was understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make the necessary changes needed to assure she stayed on track until completion, without any further burden to us. When my son was away and lost his retainers, the office found us a local orthodontist in another state that he could go to get scanned so he didn't have rush home or wait for replacements. I will always be grateful for the way Dr. Sokoloff, Dr. Campbell (a wonderful addition to the practice), Patricia (at the front desk), and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond for my family.
