I chose Northeast Tire Solution because, according to google, they close at 6 pm and because of its location. When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

Lack of information/knowledge (But you get what you pay for, Diagnostic fee was actually $0.000 so it made sense ) I took my vehicle in for an inspection and was told that my wheel bearing hub assembly needed to replace , it didn't need to be replaced , when I gave the okay they completed the job and the noise that I originally came in for to get inspected was still there and basically this falls under " time and money " wasted. The shop Precision Performance Automotive and myself can agree with this on my end. No matter what they got paid. Took the car home and otw home a squealing noise came up and it was constant. Took it back the next day, it was fixed temporarily and the next following day the noise came up again. I was told my dust pan was rubbing against the rotor or caliper one of those. Called up my friend who's actual quality mechanic and yup little behold my dust pan was damaged. I got new tires and the technician there said it was damaged. They are 3/3 as for misleading information, damage to my dust pan , and my transmission. The last error was that I was told by Nick my transmission was going bad. It's not. I would have wasted about 2k just to hear that noise again. Why is it that you didn't fully complete a diagnostic and half a$$ it? I believe that with how many years of experience a technician has should scout the problem before execution. Not a guess and check. I could go to autozone commercial and get cheap dust pan. However I'm not. I'm very dissatisfied. Would I recommend going to the shop again ? At your own risk.

I was immediately and cordially greeted by Kody a Badass knowledgeable Veteran. The inside if the shop is absolutely awesome, if you are into cars and you intrigued by my review then you must visit. The state and emissions inspection was $18 (Feb 2020) They also do all kinds of different services, they offer military discount and 10% discount with coupon.

Bob came highly recommended to me from a variety of other people who thought highly of Bob's work…read more Bob checked out my Ford Ranger, and determined that he could make it right but it would cost me $1800. I had to save up the 1800 and did so expecting to get quality work done to repair my truck. That is not what I got. Instead, after returning my vehicle to Bob and complaining that it still "hammered" into a given gear, just not the one that I started with. Now, it hammers in first gear and reverse, as opposed to the third gear previously. I was told by Bob that it would eventually wear into quietude and smoothness. That has definitely not been the case. I would take it to him again, but I don't want to hear the same BS about it will "settle in." I would have appreciated hearing that it just needs some "adjustment" as opposed to the crap Bob explained to me. It simply was a false statement; Bob knows better. He did a crap job, and a truly reputable person who does true quality work would have found this unacceptable. Bob simply dismissed me as a done job. It wasn't. As a consequence of my experience with Bob, and after almost a better part of a year waiting for the transmission to settle in, I realize it isn't going to "settle in." I am very dissatisfied with the work that Bob did on my vehicle. I am even angry...because Bob took my $1800 dollars and gave me a crap job in return. I would not currently recommend Bob to anyone I know, even though he was highly recommended to me. I pass judgment...not an honest service. I'm saddened to state this...it is just so
