We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality.
