Do Not and I mean Do not bring your valued , loved and sentimental jewelry to this location. I have had the worst experience and have been left with nothing but melted gold , loose diamonds and a ring that's been taken apart. I was quoted about 4 months for the owner to redesign my rings and come up with a new band plus 2 extra rings with the smaller diamonds to make the bands. I called in July when it was supposed to be ready and was told they were behind and it would be early August. I then called last week and they said they were finishing up and getting them shined they would be ready by end of week. I never heard from them. So I called yesterday and I kept getting the runaround, so I decided to go up there because who would be able to lie to your face. Well that's exactly what happened. I went in and the lady had said they weren't ready and they were still casting the mold. Which mind you last week I was told they were done. at this point I'm livid and all I want is my rings back. She said she had them in the back and it would take hours for her to get them ready. I said I really hope you haven't melted the gold down already which she had. needless to say I asked for her to get them for me now. That's when she went back and had her assistant come to the front to tell me that the rings were not even in the store. The owner then came back up as I asked for her and was told that nothing had been even started and that the rings were just melted down and not even in started. I asked why she would lie not once but numerous times? She never could give me a valid excuse. So please please do not take your business to this lady. If you can't handle a job don't accept it. I went today and thankfully had my rings but am still left with just loose stones , melted down gold and my grandmothers wedding rings which has all the smaller diamonds missing. Edit to add: it now looks as though I'm missing gold I'm so devastated. Weighed what I had verses what my appraisal was and it's not the same and literally missing an entire band of gold.

The work was absolutely beautiful and extremely reasonable. Yes, 3 digits hurts the wallet but for what was done, it could have been far worse and I regained beloved pieces. I wish you could see how truly sparkly and shiny my cross came out! I was awwwwwed!

just now This is my go to store for any and every James Avery Purchase until today. I was there to buy a gift for my mother in law and also a ring for me. They usually have great customer service. The man with long hair and a younger lady are usually the ones who help me and they are great. Well today a older blonde lady was helping and she really needs some lessons in customer service. I didn't know the size ring I needed so she goes and grabs the ring sizers. Well I get that covid is a thing right now and we are all taking extra precautions. Instead of her saying "I'm not touching your hand" as I'm trying to figure out the ring size she could have been like "due to covid we are needing you to go through the sizes" but after she said that made me feel uneasy. Anywho we go on to make the purchase and I show her my husbands emt badge like I always do. Well she said she couldn't honor it because our last names aren't the same. Even though on countless occasions they have honored it which I explained. She then continued to ask if I had anything with our names and I showed her our insurance card and she still says no. Which whatever follow your "rules" but y'all need to be consistent throughout the store because two others have done it for me on many occasions. But I left unhappy and without a gift for my mother in law. I will gladly drive to a different store. I'm sure my business there doesn't affect them anyways. read more
