Excellent work and outstanding service. I have had two pieces of jewelry worked on by Mr. Rojas. The first was a men's ring that was violently cut into pieces by a pair of wire cutters. Mr. Rojas miraculously made it look better than new in less than 2 weeks time. The second item was a women's engagement ring and wedding band. My husband and I stopped by to get my wedding band looked at because I had damaged it and it wasn't round anymore. He told us there was a correct way to do it but it would cost time and money. I traveled 40 min from canyon lake because they said obviously bought diamonds . When arriving he looks at diamond for 30 min, acts like he wants it then refers to somewhere he says is a great place to sell. Let alone they don't even buy diamonds. I called and told the info that was giving to me. Before he refer/ (waiste my time) somewhere else I hung up in his face because the service trash. He calls back 20 min later and says he had the $2000 out of the 3k but needs one more test, I agree no prob. So I arrive for the second time the diamond passes his tests. I give him an Illinois id. I popped in the next afternoon to inquire about pricing and turnaround time and they took my chain and said they'd try to have it done before closing. I had some shopping to do in the area so the wait was no problem. Not even 15 minutes later, I received a call with an update on my chain. Unfortunately, the chain had some issues that began at the original construction of it, but they were honest & professional in relaying the information which I greatly appreciated. I stopped in to pick my chain up (which they did fix) and to my surprise, there was no charge. They wouldn't even allow me to tip them for their time which simply blew me away. I went there to sell my gold. The window says we buy gold and silver. On examination, he told me that my 1oz gold krugerrand did not weigh right to be authentic. He wanted to drip acid on it. I was sure that it was authentic and took it to another store which paid $1300 for it. This shop may be good place to buy jewelry, but the window sticker "We Buy Gold" is deceiving because he does know what he is doing with gold coins. I recommend taking ALL gold and silver to Blue Diamond or Lone Star Coins to get an accurate appraisal. read more

I took my platinum and diamond wedding set to Luis for resizing after calling a number of stores in San Antonio and being told it would take 2 weeks to complete the work.  I didn't want my rings gone that long and it also seemed to indicate they would be sending the work out to be done.  When I came in to meet Luis to get my estimate, he very nicely introduced himself and his on premises jeweler assuring me the work would be done there and within 2 days.  When I picked up my rings they were beautifully done and he even showed me the photos he'd taken of the work in progress.  I very much appreciated the extra effort.  I had mentioned to Luis that before moving from Los Angeles I had been with the same jeweler for over 10 years.  Like Luis, that jeweler had a family owned business, not a chain store,  that did great work, was reasonably priced, and took pride in earning your business.  Luis did the same for me here with my rings and I'm happy to have found him. read more

My fiancé and I were staying at the JW Marriott when a diamond fell out of my eternity band. Our engagement party started at 5 PM, and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get it fixed before then. I called all the jewelers in the area, but no one was available to reset the stone. I called Luis at 2:55 PM on Saturday, and they close at 3 PM. Told him what had happened, and they said no rush, get here when you can and we will fix it. We got there around 3:05, and the stone was reset and my ring was steamed by 3:12. Not only did they stay open past closing time, they fixed and steamed my ring for free.
