Luckily my job wasn't too small for him! He came out right away to measure the space and installed 2 days later. The curtain cubby has a nice, finished edge and he did a great job rounding the exposed corner. Veining on the backsplash continues from the counter, which I wasn't expecting. Right away, we could tell he was highly knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to earn our business. By the end of our visit, not only had we selected the perfect wood for our floors, but Eddy even offered to come out and do the measurements within an hour of closing up the shop that same afternoon. Eddy gave us a very competitive offer, and we signed the agreement that same day. He made the entire process so much easier than the horror stories we had heard about other service providers. It was a massive plus that he has his own dedicated installation team, and Eddy himself was on-site several times during the project to check on the progress. The installation team worked incredibly efficiently and finished the job exactly on time. Carlos and his team measured my kitchen, picked the counters from Elite Stone, cut to size in his warehouse, and installed to absolute perfection. Every cut, every hole, every edge was precise, and accurate. I appreciated how his team worked clean, with extreme workmanship and confidence. The end result was just absolutely stunning. I have received so many compliments on the counters from friends, family and contractors. The five star reviews Corner Stone has is for REAL. I would highly highly recommend putting complete trust in Carlos in installing your counters. Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. When we placed our order, we specifically asked if the product was in stock and were told that it was. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

Pablo worked his tail off demo'ing and rebuilding our new walk in design. Jorge did the most AMAZING Tile job. It was perfection. All lines and measurements and spacing was to a tee. The Hot mop company was excellent also! The finish flooring crew came in and worked quickly and installed everything to spec. We had some plumbing issues once the demo was done and needed to do some changes to that. The Plummer who came out from the company was quite pricey so we were able to contract our own separately at a much lower rate. We used Nick from Sterling pluming. Honest and reliable and upfront with all of his pricing! The shower glass door was included in the bid. Very nice since most others had that as a separate line item. The shower door is beautiful but had a small leak in seal at bottom. The company was suppose to call us back to come and better seal it but never called us. My husband easily bought his own caulking and repaired it himself. We bought our tiles at MSI in Orange. One of the best and largest and gives all kinds of free samples. Highly recommend them. I also highly recommend picking your shower plumbing and supplies from Ferguson Plumbing . Their showroom in Irvine was GORGEOUS! And they were so knowledgeable. They take walk ins but make an apt if going on a weekend. Our shower is gorgeous and turned out to be our dream retreat. Thanks Ron!
