I called and was immediately scheduled for an appointment (within a few days vs. having to wait like other offices) and from start to finish, the entire team was genuinely lovely and professional. Ashley and Dr. Bringhurst were thorough (didn't try to upsell or suggest any unnecessary work), patient and gentle (previous dentists were a bit rough at times). Office is extremely clean (which is a big thing for me) and I've already told my friends and fam to switch over to them. I was so nervous initially, but the sense of relief now is priceless!!

Had tons of procedures from mean old dentists of the 80's and 90's when I was a kid, and after moving a bunch of times as an adult I just couldn't bring myself to deal with new (potentially mean) dentists every time I moved. I told myself I'd DEFINITELY go to a dentist when a tooth fell out of my mouth or something similarly crazy. About a month ago I woke up with severe pain and sensitivity on the left side of my mouth and knew I had to nut up. I did all the research I could on the nicest, most gentle dental practice in the area and found Elevate Dental. Called them and let them know my predicament and also that I am a huge weenie when it comes to the dentist. They were super understanding, didn't shame me or make me feel guilty for all the years I hadn't taken care of my teeth, and they got me back on the right track. Everyone in that office is an angel from heaven. It turned out I needed a few of those old childhood fillings replaced, and they agreed I was a good candidate for oral sedation. I made the appointment two weeks out and didn't even sweat it at all. The procedure was yesterday and it was GREAT. Literally an entire lifetime of dental anxiety gone in one morning. I am so, so grateful to Dr. Kanter and the whole team for helping me get over this fear and helping me get my teeth back to healthy, and I honestly can't wait to come back.

Absolute 100% scam artists. They push unnecessary and expensive treatment plans to run up the…read morebilling for insurance and yourself. These places should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business. Went in for my first visit, only once I get there they tell me they can't do cleaning that day because I didn't explicitly request a cleaning. I guess they thought it would be fun to just come in and chat? Didn't see me until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, then they took me into some strange secondary antechamber to 'talk about your teeth', then I go and sit in a dentist chair for 15 minutes by myself. Finally, they come and try to take my blood pressure and spit in a cup to measure bacteria. Then I sit for another 15 minutes, then them come and do every imaginable xray, then I sit for another 15 minutes and they come back with a $3,000 treatment plan for my next visit! It amounts to excessive charges for 'deep cleaning' an oral mouth rinse and laser beams. Hour and a half later and I leave without any actual work done. My teeth are in phenomenal shape, I had been going to the dentist 2x a year for life and taking good care. Nothing at all wrong with them, period. Went to another dentist and he laughed at the ridiculousness recommended by these grade A rip offs. Watch below for their lame boiler plate 'customer service' comment which is nothing more than lip service for a place that is interested in doing nothing but taking your money. Every single employee here should be embarrassed to be part of this scheme, I hope you all re-consider your life choices. If ripping people off trying to take care of their teeth is the only way you can earn a living you might as well resort to common theft. Shame on you all, we can do better to each other than this.
