I was able to get my exam, crown, and root canal all done in the same day at an affordable price, which honestly blew me away. Every single person here seemed genuinely happy to work here, and that positive energy made such a difference. They constantly checked on my comfort, made sure I was doing okay, and even asked if I needed water or anything else throughout the process. I felt incredibly cared for from start to finish. Absolute 100% scam artists. They push unnecessary and expensive treatment plans to run up the billing for insurance and yourself. These places should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business. Went in for my first visit, only once I get there they tell me they can't do cleaning that day because I didn't explicitly request a cleaning. I guess they thought it would be fun to just come in and chat? Didn't see me until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, then they took me into some strange secondary antechamber to 'talk about your teeth', then I go and sit in a dentist chair for 15 minutes by myself. Finally, they come and try to take my blood pressure and spit in a cup to measure bacteria. Then I sit for another 15 minutes, then them come and do every imaginable xray, then I sit for another 15 minutes and they come back with a $3,000 treatment plan for my next visit! It amounts to excessive charges for 'deep cleaning' an oral mouth rinse and laser beams. Hour and a half later and I leave without any actual work done. My teeth are in phenomenal shape, I had been going to the dentist 2x a year for life and taking good care. Nothing at all wrong with them, period. Went to another dentist and he laughed at the ridiculousness recommended by these grade A rip offs. Watch below for their lame boiler plate 'customer service' comment which is nothing more than lip service for a place that is interested in doing nothing but taking your money. Every single employee here should be embarrassed to be part of this scheme, I hope you all re-consider your life choices. If ripping people off trying to take care of their teeth is the only way you can earn a living you might as well resort to common theft. The worst business people! Do not go there unless you want to spend a bunch of unecessary money and have your intellegence insulted by a 20 year old. Their ad on the window says cleaning and xray $39.99 So I go in and they did xrays and had the hygenist exam. Came back with a bill for $629.00 for a cleaning. Did I mention I have dental insurance? Ok they said it would be thousands without insurance because of my deep pocket on my gums, I did not have anything other then an exam. I said don't do a deep cleaning. Just clean my teeth. The assistent said " we can not do a regular cleaning because it will spred bacteria around". I got up and kindly decliend their offer. Later I went back to get my xrays and complain. I don't even know where to start what I experience here, but I highly suggest you trust every lower reviews & go elsewhere. They try being really sneaky for upsells & tests without even telling you the extra fees. Just as the dentist try pulling that same saliva test on me as well a unneeded deep cleaning! With Clinton Keith Dental in Wildomar, Ca. I scheduled a basic check up with a formal basic cleaning, but after an hour they did only X-rays and continously try confusing me with unethical vocabulary for confusion to enforce a unnecessary deep cleaning before even properly examining my teeth. When I declined, they joke of a dentist refused any cleaning. As well they even checked my blood pressure ??? -- something I've never had happen at a dentist in 30 years. The hygienist guy never even touched the mouth, he looked thru a mirror and clearly was clueless! We went to Bright Now Dental the same day that afternoon, where they did a proper exam physically and with a camera, checked jaw movement and completed a basic cleaning with no mention of a deep cleaning needed as expected the last fentist as well stated and the ortho. Please as well keep in mind you only have authorization to charge for xrays as that was all that was completedand and I I will be personally assuring that is all and disputing any other charges you try charging my dental insurance for or billing me will be reported to the California state Dental Board and disputed in a legal civil court room. You clearly had no idea who I am or work for and should be ashamed what you are doing to people! Also keep in mind I requested a copy of the xrays and medical records the 9th of March, 2026 and under California Health & Safety Code §123100-123149.5 and California Code of Regulations, Title 16 §1024, you have 15 business days to provide the dental X-rays, records, and an itemized bill including what was billed to my insurance with the email address provided. You have now been notified in writing thru email and now on public format. read more

I saw Dr Roessler yesterday about a loose tooth and pain in that area. My X-ray showed infection. I was concerned and asked about pulling the tooth or getting a prescription for antibiotics. He was not willing to do either. I did hear about many other very expensive options I can't afford. . read more

We saw Dr. Tran today for my son Levi's dental appointment, and once again, we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked into the office, the front staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Diego, Liz,Sylvia, Adrian and Dr. Tran all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My family has been coming to this dental office for years, and the consistency in care and professionalism is why we continue to return. Dr. Tran is especially patient and compassionate with my son, who is autistic. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and creates a calm environment that makes dental visits stress-free and pleasant. Liz was especially amazing with my son. She assisted throughout the appointment and patiently walked him through every step, explaining what was happening in a calm and gentle way. I came to Clinton Keith Dental Group in October, hoping to get my dental health back on track after 3 years of neglect during alcoholism recovery. I was diagnosed with early-stage periodontal disease and told I needed a deep cleaning with a laser procedure. I paid $750 out of pocket--no insurance. After a follow-up, I found out my condition was still not where we wanted it and so they tried to push a $14,000 surgery on me rather than offering me another deep cleaning and laser session. Apparently it's common for people to do multiple sessions before resorting to a $14k surgery. I got a second opinion elsewhere and discovered I didn't need the surgery. What's worse--this office never even performed the deep cleaning I paid for! Another dentist confirmed via X-rays. They just did a laser procedure but no actual deep clean. This place felt like a scam. Whenever I had questions, they rushed all of their responses trying to hurry out of the room barely answering me unless I agreed to their expensive recommendations. They didn't care about my well-being, just my wallet. I could sit here all day and write a book about how obvious it was that they're here for business and not to help with your dental health. So the only good thing I experienced about the office is the staff is very friendly, however then I realized I was also being treated very friendly while being told it was over $2100 to get one tooth pulled. And I have insurance and even if I Did not have insurance the fees they are trying to charge that my insurance did not cover are outrageous. I never had anyone suggest I needed a tooth pulled and I have had pretty healthy teeth my whole life with no cavities. And after asking people I knew who had a tooth pulled everyone said they paid around $300 with no insurance. And if you google prices vary from $85-$500 So then come to find out my insurance said my copay for that is either $65 for simple extraction or $115 for more severe and that should be it. So I called dental office back to ask and they said yes that is an option. And I said why wasn't that an option at time of visit? They first wanted to see if I would pay the $2200! And even offered a payment plan for $200 a month! Who wants that! It's expensive enough to live in California, most people can't afford another payment! Instead I had to leave , do my research and find out they are trying to get as much money out of me as possible. And on top of that if I wanted an implant in its place plus the bone graft etc. My quote without insurance was almost $14,000 but said with my insurance it's around $7200! Like what! For one tooth! Anyway, I don't know when dental offices became so shady. It's hard enough to get to a dentist because getting teeth services is NEVER fun, but to then have to go through this chaos and having the feeling of I can't trust any dental office is really sad. This Dental Clinic is a scam, the moment you sit on their chair they will automatically charge you, they will drain every penny you have in your account. On Monday my filling came off, it was painful. My real dentist was close that day, plus im travelling the next day so i really need help. I was able to see this dental place & they were able to accommodate me, i was told to by their office. When i went there i was the only patient. So we went to these hallways down to a dental chair. At first they ask me what my problem is. So i told them & wanted just a temporary filling coz my primary dentist is working on my tooth but my fillings cane off & i have to travel the next day. They look at my tooth & they told me that they cant do temporary fillings. So they have to dig into my tooth. They gave me options whether if i have to root canal this what i am paying & if i dont need a root canal i have to pay only for a crown which is like $500-600 difference. They offered me payment options & offered there in house credit card which i refused coz i really just want a temporary filling but it hirt i need to do it. After adding more holes in my tooth they told me that i needed a root canal which i already know they were going to say it because i will pay more for it. I asked them if they can just fill it up first so i can just see my dentist but they never wanted to let me go just to put fillings. So i decided i have to do it. They made me put a downpayment & plus monthly payment & made me sign papers. Today i am working so i cant go to their appointment for Endodentist & i was told that i have to pay another extra $100 for rebooking my appointment. This dental place is all about money. I will NEVER come back to this place EVER! I told them i will cancel everything & we'll see what they will be charging me. They can eat my $330 downpayment!!! I went to my original dentist in Corona because I was having extreme pain, upper right side. They gave me two referrals, one for an endodontist and one for an oral surgeon. Between the dentist, endodontist, and oral surgeon, no one could agree on what procedure I needed to get the pain taken care of. They all insisted that their specialty is what I needed. I was talked in to a root canal in which I was notified AFTER that they didn't do crowns. A week had past and I was still in extreme pain. At this point I had been in pain for about a month, meanwhile my insurance had been chipped away until I had a couple hundred dollars left with only half a root canal being performed and I'm still in pain. I was finally referred to Clinton Keith Dental by a friend and I couldn't be more grateful. From start to finish Angie and Dr. Tran listened and took great care of me. It ended up being two wisdom teeth that needed to come out. The best part is that they have every specialist you could need in-house. They got me in very quickly, identified the problem and handled it. They worked with me instead of against me and didn't break the bank to do so. It's been a little over a month since the extractions and I'm pain free. Thank you so much Angie, Dr. Tran and the entire staff! After searching for over a year, I found my dentist and I could not be happier that Dr. Tran took the time to listen to me today. I have been to numerous dentists in the last few months, and every single time procedures got suggested, that was not immediately addressing the emergency I had. After not going to the dentist for over a year (because of fear), I finally went to Clinton Keith Dental Group. After my first appointment, I wrote a review--best experience ever for someone who is scared of going to the dentist. I had my second appointment today (May 28, 2025). I needed to have a crown and a root canal--not surprising since I had pain for quite awhile--but, again, too afraid of making an appointment at that time. I was very scared going in to have the work done and was tempted to just go home. However, I did it!!! I had NO DISCOMFORT at all--felt NOTHING!!! Dr. Minh Tran, DDS did my crown and was always so attentive to how I was doing. Dr. Leeanne Chu--Endodontist, did my root canal. She was also watchful for any discomfort from me. I cannot say enough about everyone at Clinton Keith Dental Group--they are so caring and considerate every step of the way. My first appointment I went in for pain in my gums.It quickly switched to a had a cavity and needed a bridge etc etc.If you ever had this pain you just want it to stop.I was willing to pay cash.When I left I was still in pain awaiting June 1st for my insurance to kick in.So I had my 2nd appointment today at this office.I was under impression I was going in for teeth cleaning and was hit with a estimate of over 8000 for work they suggested... I said I need to think about this estimate and get back to you.They then proceeded to get me in for the teeth cleaning.The young lady was doing a deep clean.So she did my entire right side then did my top left side.after top left side she was pulled from working on me and sent to start working on another patient. I sat in the chair for 40 mins and she never came back.This was unprofessional. Come to find out Blue Shield says they do not allow Dentist on their list to do a full mouth teeth cleaning in one setting.The rules are half the mouth in two settings.So this just goes to show how money hungry thus office is.I will also be making a complaint to board of Dentist California as well as The American Dental Association. I was pleasantly surprised that all went perfect. I was never in any pain during the procedures and they constantly checked on me throughout. If I can save one family from falling victim to professional crooks and unnecessary financial burden, then this review was worth my time. I'm making this review as fair and honest as possible to tell people what you are getting into. First of all, the office staff and dentists are all extremely nice, so nice that you even feel bad leaving a bad review. They are that good. Do not feel bad because in reality, if you go here you are guaranteed to feel pressured into doing something you don't want to do or need and you will be lied to saying you need things you don't. They know exactly what they are doing with the whole being super kind while you are being taken full advantage of and ripped off. Going to this dentist office always felt like going to a time share presentation to me and I guess that's the model they use. Super nice to you, compliments and then the pitch. They even shamelessly interrupt during a cleaning to do the pitch which is so annoying. Anyways if you need a cleaning, which most people do, here's how it goes. They do your xrays and if you tell them you don't feel comfortable doing x rays and tell them this over the phone, they will pressure you in person until you cave. Then the doctor and hygienist will see you and tell you all the things that are wrong with your teeth and that you need a cleaning and whatever other service. If you tell them, no thanks, I just want my deep cleaning they will say well let's try to work with you on this. You tell them you don't have the money and don't want it. Then they'll say let bla bla bla talk to you and we really want to help you. After you said no three times to things, the billing lady will come and tell you the deep cleaning costs several hundred dollars. This is false. Most deep cleanings are included in your insurance plan at least once a year. Please call them before going here. The hundreds of dollars they are quoting you is for completely UNECESSARY expensive and not covered by insurance lasers and irrigation treatment which is just a fancy word for mouth wash. They present it in a way where you think this is part of a standard deep cleaning and you have to do it if you want a deep cleaning. WRONG. Shame on them. It is truly heartless to bamboozle people who don't know better and trust their dentist out of their hard earned money and a shame to the medical profession to upsell and destroy a patients trust in dentistry. This is how they make a lot of money. You tell them no again for the fourth time and they begin tell you about promotions they have and try to get you into an expensive payment plan which you can't afford. By now, you've said no 5 times, the billing lady leaves, and think your done when all of a sudden you start hearing them whispering in the back office about you. You look at the door and consider running. An hour of your life has now been wasted on them trying to convince you to get stuff you dont need and cant afford and you still don't have the service you came to get. Billing lady comes back and you tell her I JUST WANT MY REGULAR CLEANING. She then tries to charge you for it. You tell her that your insurance covers it. She looks confused and then goes to the back again. Inside you are screaming and then she comes back and mumbles an apology and says you're right. You awkwardly have your cleaning done, proud of yourself for saying no, but feeling as though you were a waste of time to them because you didn't do more. Two hours later, you are out of there wondering what the hell just happened. And that is why I will never go here again and yes my new dentist told me the root canal they pressured me with is not necessary. read more

However, I do miss the whimsical office supplies at the front desk and the Funko Pop Staff representations. It was nice getting a glimpse of the personalities that make up this place. Walking in today for my appointment was a bit disappointing because it was just as bland as the other offices I've visited. But, the front staff, techs, and doctor were as awesome as always despite the cosmetic changes. Please bring back the cuteness! Not only is their dental work poor, but be prepared to pay multiple times for the same procedure because they don't do a good job the first time. Your crowns will come out, temporary and permanent, and their prices are inflated. Today my wife called to make an appointment and was simply trying to find out if COVID vaccinations were required for their employees that will be in our mouths. She could not get this simple question answered by Stephanie and Stephanie escalated it to the point of she "fired" us, the customer. After two years of COVID deaths and now Omicron a true healthcare professional should be open and honest.
