No shame, No awareness It's honestly shocking to see this kind of behavior happening in a medical facility. The dental nurses were openly talking shit about patients after they left. I specifically heard them talking about a patient, saying the person had "eye boogers," was "disgusting," and needed to wash their face. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a dental office. Meanwhile, I was sitting there waiting for the doctor to come in with my mouth literally overflowing with saliva, and the nurses are standing outside gossiping, laughing, and talking shit about other patients. Please focus on the patient in front of you. And speaking of "disgusting," this nurse was working inside another person's mouth in the room next door and then came into my room. I did not see her wash or sanitize her hands before grabbing things around me. And honestly, THE DOCTOR SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED. I saw the doctor's professional headshot and introduction on the website and decided to try this place out. This wasn't happening behind closed doors. It was happening right in front of YOUR patients. If you can't supervise your staff or maintain even the most basic level of professionalism, what exactly are patients supposed to trust you with? And honestly, it didn't seem like Dr. Fuller cared?????? Is anyone actually paying attention to what the staff are doing???????? My insurance covers 100 percent of annual teeth clean and fluoride treatment. I feel like I was being taken advantage of and now I'm convinced that they have took money off me for services that were covered by my insurance.
