Spoke to Vicky and scheduled a Wisdom Teeth Removal consultation with Dr. Loeser for my daughter while she was home on Thanksgiving break '24. I was very impressed with Vicky's pleasant demeanor and determination to get a date during my daughter's break. Vicky then scheduled the removal to be done during my daughter's Winter Break from college. Dr. Loeser is very personable and knowledgeable and put my daughter at ease for her surgery. First off, no one has a bigger fear of dental work than I do. If you're the same way then you have found the right dentist. Dr. Loeser and his team made the entire process super easy. As for the dental work, I had a broken upper molar that need to be extracted and I need a bone graft. I am now 5 days post surgery and I have yet to feel any pain at all and I'm not exaggerating. I opted for IV sedation. I didn't even feel the IV go in let alone any of the work that he did on my teeth. From anesthetic, to pulling a tooth and inserting a bone graft, to the stiches. Zero pain. I hope anyone who has the same fear I do sees this because Dr. Loeser provides the kind of care you are hoping for. Amazing staff, amazing care and a pain/fear free process. Without question I would use Dr. Loeser for any oral surgery related issues again in the future. I can't give him enough stars. read more

I would give Dr. Loeser and his staff twice this amount of stars for the wonderful work they did for me today. My lower right molar had a crown that cracked off some time ago. It had decay underneath. I should of taken care of this before but had such a negative experience having teeth taken out before I was extremely nervous and filled with anxiety. I called the office and the staff was very friendly and courteous from the time I made my appointment to the time I left. Very clean office. Open airy, clean. Dr. Loeser was very, very patient as I had a ton of questions and fears which he answered with a kind manner. The Dr. was so skilled at what he did that when he gave me the numbing shots I did not feel them much at all. Of course, I was also praying. However, it takes a gentle hand and patience too. Good experience and education on giving shots in a manner that it is less painful. The tooth roots, remaining tooth and infection were cleared out before knew it. It went so quickly and effortlessly, gently. I couldn't believe it. After it was finished Dr. and staff were not quick to rush me out. They had me move to a comfy chair for around 10 minutes to make sure I was doing alright and to change the gauze before leaving. There was never a time when I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. You know the feeling. Dr. moves from you to another patient to you again. Dr. Loeser really takes his time. It sounds really funny to say but this was the best experience having a tooth removed I have ever had. (Unfortunately with my family genetics, I've experienced root canals and oral surgery before) Hands down best oral surgeon. I am going to be sending my husband to him for his impacted wisdom teeth when he chooses to get them taken out, recommend him to anyone that needs an oral surgeon, take my child to him for some work he needs done for baby teeth that are not coming out on their own. And I will be returning for dental implants. I asked about them. Dr. Loeser was informative but not pushy either with the implants. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a big fat baby when it comes to all things dental health related and that's been to my detriment. I deferred maintenance for 7 years on an issue until my regular dentist finally said last year "OK, enough putting this off. It's time to get it fixed now unless you want to find yourself in serious (oral health) trouble." She referred me to Dr. Loeser and I procrastinated a few more months but finally pulled the trigger. The staff, especially Tara--I had the most interaction with her--is warm, friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Loeser is without a doubt the most intelligent, qualified yet least arrogant and incredibly down to Earth doctors I've encountered. I had to go in 3-4 times over the last 8 or so months, followed their detailed (yet easy to understand and follow) instructions between visits and everything turned out perfectly. They made the entire process easy and, most importantly to me, they worked diligently to minimize discomfort every step of the way. It's clear that everyone on staff truly enjoys what they do and that all of them genuinely cared about me, my health and my experience with them. I had nightmare dental experience 5 weeks ago when I went to get veneers and ended up with 6 crowns with Dr. Loeser! I am still terrified from this and can't believe that this has actually occurred, I lost 6 healthy teeth by Dr. Loeser and have had constant pain, sensitivity, problems and severe depression since , Im in shock from this stressful catastrophe. Now I am seeking dentist to fix all problems caused by this and have been evaluated by 2 different dentists that say I need to replace some of the crowns and also have at least 2 root canals asap as my nerves have been damaged so much and have now also gums bleeding and beginning of gingivitis ! I am overwhelmed with discomfort & pain & depression since , not to mention expenses and long term uncertainty how this will be all fixed ? I cant believe Dr. Loeser has license to work read more

Ok, so I had an impacted wisdom tooth, no insurance, and based on my last wisdom tooth removal experience, I was terrified. But, my pain was getting worse, and I just had to get something done before I was leaving on vacation. I found Dr Loeser by doing an internet search, and because I have no insurance, looking for the best price. Well, the receptionists were very helpful and informative, and the price was right, so I went in. Wow...the staff was so friendly, and Dr Loeser was so great; personable, not pushy, honest and funny. He didn't force me to do anything, in fact told me I can wait if I wanted to. He gave me options, and I ultimately decided to have it removed with local anesthesia. I almost cried before we got started, because my last experience at another place several years ago was AWFUL! So, we began procedure, he talked me through everything, and I couldn't believe it when he said, "ok! All done! " With my numb mouth, I couldn't thank him enough...I swear I almost hugged him. He was so sweet, and caring. I can't say enough good things...oh! And a few days later when I called because I wanted more pain pills, the receptionist was concerned that I was feeling pain, so she asked if I wanted to come in to have him take a look at it. Based on my symptoms, doc didn't feel it was necessary, told me I could if I wanted to, but suggested I wait. Glad I did! Saved myself $$ on visit, and all is good.
