I took my 10 year old son here for a consultation for braces. The staff were fine nothing amazing but the orthodontist was so nice , patient and took her time explaining the whole process to me and to my son. He was very nervous about the process and she really put him at ease. The only negatives was the office had an unpleasant chemical smell to it and I have not yet received the cost estimate I was promised. Otherwise a very good experience. read more

Couldn't tell you how they are as dentists, but I'm assuming horrible. Very rude dentists that clearly have ego problems. It's evident the staff is treated horribly when they start mouthing words of comfort/support at you. the ladies at the front were very nice and a gentleman named Kyle was very nice. The dentists were horrible, and there rooms looked terrible. I would never willingly went to this place if I had known this was the service to expect. Called to make an appointment for consultation for wisdom tooth removal. Was told that since my General Dentist did not refer me to this practice I am unable to make an appointment. That's a first. I then told the lady that I didn't like the reviews of the oral surgeons my dentist recommended and have decided to look elsewhere and was told once again that I really should find another place for this. I insisted and was told, OK, we can make an appointment for you... what a joke. read more

Today was my first time at Associates in Dentistry. I was hesitant as I have had the same Dentist for a long time and of course you check reviews and I saw 2 stars. Well glad I didn't let that review sway me. Dr. Brunetti, Emily the dental hygienist and Sabrina at the front desk went above and beyond to address my concerns and with their own personalities, professionalism and courtesy went above and beyond to ensure me that I had made the right decision by choosing this practice. I will refer them to my base of friends and family. I pride myself on having a strong list of DR's, contractors, and professionals in my line of work and this office has been added to my list. Dr. Brunetti has impressive knowledge about Dentistry and followed in his Father's footsteps choosing this profession. Impressed, impressed, impressed. The worst!! I brought my 1st grade son to them. He needed a filling. I could hear him screaming and crying it hurts. She said she gave him nova cane. He continued screaming in pain as she kept drilling. I felt so bad. He was traumatized!! It appears with the new dentist he sees, the nova cane wears off quickly. Instead of arguing with me, She should have made sure he was completely numb and not ignored him crying in pain. She should not be practicing with children. read more

They don't polish your teeth with a cleaning, then they overcharge you and don't give it back! The dentist told me that if I only wanted a cleaning (and not a deep cleaning), then he wasn't the dentist for me. I should have left at that point. the front desk overcharged me after they put my claim through to the wrong place. I had my health care spending account wanting money back ($150), because of an overcharge, and they wouldn't give it back! Like other reviewers, I went here because it was close to home. BIG MISTAKE! Didn't even get in to see the dentist. Chose them for my primary for HMO for a particular dentist. Found out this dentist wasn't available. Then was told it would be 2 months before I could get in to see one of the other dentists. This was after I called a month previous and was told I'd have to wait a month for my wife to be put on the roster, even though I had added them as her primary previously. read more

Stay away! Beware of Dr. Jldiko Kovats, as she is the worst dentist I have ever experience in the 30 years of dental cleanings I have had. She has a poor bedside manor, she is not welcoming nor comforting in anyway shape or form. She is beyond rough, and while cleaning your teeth she takes her instruments and stabs them into your chest to clean them off. She is rude while communicating and speaks with her back to you from across the room. She clearly isn't up to par on her dental practices, medical techniques and knowledge. Her cleaning was dismal, sloppy, rough, and hurtful. If you have children I would go elsewhere. I addressed her on her demeanor and her behavior and she was not welcome to feedback and walked away in the middle of me telling her how dissatisfied I was with her work. She clearly is in the wrong profession and deserves to be reported. Shame on her! read more

I've been going to this office for years and have had excellent dentists. Dr. Kovats does such a good job in making you feel at ease and explains procedures before she will do them. I've found her cleanings to be very complete and thorough. The front desk staff have been very polite, considerate and helpful. I'd recommend this office. read more

When you get through to them (they don't always answer the phone) they know how to take an appointment but they don't know how to keep an appointment. I have taken time off of work and shown up on time for an appointment only to wait over an hour several times. I am finally leaving this "practice" because they kept my school age children waiting over an hour after we pulled them out of school early for an appointment. Find another place that will see you when they say they will see you. read more

First visit was strange. Felt like a "bait and switch" operation. Waited a long time to get first appointment for exam & routine cleaning; female dentist wanted insurance approvals to do other things first. I was not opposed to additional services but needed the cleaning to be done today. Dentist was rough; when I asked her to be more gentle, she seemed angry and unprofessional. Let me start by saying my dentist and the polish dentist assistant were awesome. BUT the front desk staff is just TERRIBLE. I mean honestly, if it wasnt such a pain in the rear to change dentists and it wasnt so close to my house I would find a new one. I really dislike this place. I mean really, they change an appointment at last minute, want you to be super early but when you get there you have to wait 30-45 min at a minimum. No wonder this place gets such crappy reviews, management and administrative staff is to blame for sure. read more

Awful, awful service. It took 6 voicemails over 3 days to get someone on the phone just to make an appointment for a cleaning, after which I couldn't even make the appointment because they couldn't find me on their insurance roster. I asked the person on the phone to double check the spelling, which he refused to do and insisted that my insurance wasn't valid. After a couple calls to my insurance company and a fax from them to the dentist, what do you know? The rep found me on their roster, but insisted it was the insurance company's fault (my last name has an apostrophe, which he failed to take into account when initially looking me up, despite my mentioning that might be the issue for him not locating my name). I talked to 2 representatives, both of whom were rude and condescending - e.g. when I asked him to double check the spelling of my last name, he just repeated himself that I wasn't on the insurance roster in a very slow and slightly louder voice, like it was a listening comprehension issue on my part. While all this was going on, I logged in and read the one review for this place on yelp, which for some reason is filtered, and decided to take my business elsewhere. As it was, they couldn't get me in for a cleaning for 2 months, and refused to see my toddler for another 2.5 YEARS, despite his pediatrician telling us he needs to start seeing a dentist now as all of his teeth are in and have been for 6 months. Horrible customer service - their providers have to be dental rock stars to keep any patients. read more

The staff at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. They have no parking lot so I had to search for a parking spot and was late 10 minutes. Then the dentist wouldn't see me and they rescheduled my appointment for a month away. That's ridiculous. I strongly discourage everyone from going there. Horrible, horrible place! read more

DO NOT ATTEND!!!! They have the highest turn over rate for dentists. After almost ten years of being a patient I had a different dentist every 6 months. They do not cater to your schedule. You have to wait at least two months to get a dental cleaning appointment. They make you wait longer than 15 minutes to see your doctor. They won't wait 10 minutes if you are running late, but they sure will charge you a late fee. They are not open on weekends and sometimes you have to call for thirty minutes before someone picks up the phone. Also, there is NO PARKING anywhere! They have a parking lot, but you cannot park in it. So do yourself a favor and stay away, really not worth the time. read more

My whole family and I go here, and I can't say enough great things about Dr. Brunetti. His care and expertise is excellent. The office staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. Having a scared 10 year old getting his first filing, I was amazed at how well that was handled, and how professional they are. I've had some complicated procedures, and 2 more coming up. for now i am giving an average rating... we used to come here and left because we didn't care for the dentist (dr. Martin)... and the front desk staff were, as everyone here is saying, sort of rude, at times... although i do agree, they server several dentists, and there is also an ortho office as well inside their practice... the girls seem hurried and out of sorts much of the time and frustrated... and i used to bring my kids here and sit and sit and sit... we came back recently because we are using the amazing Dr. Park for orthodontics, and her reception/secretary is great.. she's a bit stern, shall i say, but she is very organized and has a sense of humor.... when i saw the same girls working the front desk, i was a bit nervous.. however, i had to go in to have a temp filling put in to suffice a tooth that needs a crown ( i was goign out of town)... dr. dyme was fantastik, great bedside manner, and his assistant was even nicer... can't say enough about those two... time will tell if i made the right decision to come back.... i will let you all know... so far so good read more
