Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.

I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. When the truck arrived at our new home (not driven by Ox) and we started unloading it we noticed that after the initial wall of furniture that our belongings were treated with total disregard. As you'll see in the pictures they ruined several pieces of furniture and just threw the parts of our sectional couch on top of a huge pile. I called Jason Williams and explained and he said email pictures, I sent several emails with no response. It seems their website has been removed. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

From the moment the movers arrived, everything went downhill. To start, they showed up 45 minutes late--and when they finally pulled up, the truck had a ginormous hole in it. That alone should've been my sign to cancel on the spot. It got worse: they arrived with none of the proper moving materials you'd expect a moving company to have. No blankets, no dollies, no tape--nothing. I'm not sure how any company considers that remotely acceptable when you're handling people's belongings. Then came the most unprofessional part of all. Jeff called the movers and told them to stop my move because he wasn't satisfied with how much money he was going to get paid--even though he is the one who quoted me that price in the first place. It felt shady, disorganized, and honestly unbelievable. On top of that, the movers themselves were extremely unprofessional in their attitude and approach. The entire experience was stressful, chaotic, and handled with zero care or accountability. If you're thinking about using this company, think again and hire someone else who is actually professional, prepared, and respectful. And one more thing: if you look at Yelp, you'll notice that in review after review, the owner Jeff responds by gaslighting customers and retaliating, leaving "feedback" that doesn't match what actually happened. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust those responses at all. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--do not hire Moving Powers.
