Had to call him back because they weren't clean. He cleaned them; also killed all the grass and all the shrubs surrounding the house. Within a couple of months, the driveway finish was completely gone. Looked much worse than before he "fixed" it. More than a year later, the only thing he has done is powerwash it, which blew off what little finish was left. Workers left broken machine parts, water bottles and bottle caps on our lawn. After more than 25 phone calls to get him to take care of the problems, he refunded part of the driveway cost. Clearly, he did not have any intention of fixing it. This guy should not be in business. Do yourself a favor; do not do business with this guy.

They cover a large area throughout East Tennessee and the estimate process can last a while; given their attention to detail and planning of different options for the various home owners. They will not rush their estimates and take their time to try and create a build to match the vision(s) of the specific homeowners. Because of the attention to their customer's vision(s), we also experienced some untimeliness on our first estimate but, feel it was totally worth the wait. We've experienced a lot of no shows and non-communication from other contractors but, that's typical of construction businesses in this area. Sometimes you just have to be patient and with Estrada IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!! Ultimately, Estrada Decking built a beautiful new deck for our home, about a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and final result. We were so happy with their work that we contacted them again to provide an estimate for a matching lower deck.
