Carl came to do our driveway ( over an hour late) with no phone call or text telling me he would be delayed. He told me he would repair the cracks and apply the seal coating. All good and fine. After working about a half hour, he was finished. We were quoted $155. Circled at the bottom of the bill was this total. Carl then upcharged us $75 because he repaired the cracks. At no point we were told the bill was going to be $225. He did not give us a legit bill. The total that was circled was $155. He was nasty, rude and dishonest.
