When it is time for regular cleaning, was told need to postpone the appointment until July 2025. Ok then we waited until July 2025 and they said another doctor will need a medical clearance form before he/she can do any cleaning and regular dental check. I said it doesn't make sense, how come you didn't ask this type of form last time with extensive dental work under sedation but need it for a regular checkup? But they just instist I need to find someone, a PCP or any specialist whoever can give a paperwork to ensure they are not liable for this July exam. OK, then I said I cannot, I am too busy and don't think my PCP would agree with providing a not standard additional form. And then they said then they need to reschedule us with another doctor who will not require such a form. but we need to wait one more month until August to do the cleaning and regular dental check. You really can see the system is not transparent and different requirement were implemented depending on who you will see. Good luck!!

By the time he's 80, he'll have spent enough to open his own clinic -- which, ironically, would be less painful. Oh, and guess what? The patient had Medicare. Translation: "Cha-ching! The government's buying!" And here's the kicker: the poor kid can't even enjoy ice cream or cold water anymore. The sensitivity's so bad, his teeth scream louder than Sam Kennison. Ice water? I did have a little wait - prob 20 mins past my appointment time. All of the dental hygiene staff in the back were nice. I told them I was anxious and they assured me I'd be okay. Dr. Hassan told me he would make sure I didn't feel too much pain and was patient with me when I was ready to get the numbing shot in my mouth. But he def made sure I was comfortable and okay. They do see a lot of patients but I didn't feel like my treatment was rushed. They put the white fillings where my old silver ones were and my teeth look great. I'll be back for cleanings and treatments in the future!

The reception was welcoming, dental assistants and hygienist were very pleasant and patient through my sons X-ray procedure and teeth cleaning. Also talking politics while a person can't get out of the chair or speak back is a REEEEEAAALLY great way of losing a patient. Fun fact: after the political anti-vax hygienist cleaned my teeth I got a gum infection. Shocker! One technician ground down a crown so deep it wasn't even a crown anymore. It was a belt and thought that was ok. I had to have it replaced. That same tech later ground down one of MY FRONT TEETH to different levels and asks the dentist if that was ok. Fortunately the dentist said no and she fixed it. I would have demanded she fix it but wanted to see what the dentist would say first. I keep remembering so many times I gave them a pass because I trusted (and liked) them but now I look back and think "wtf was I thinking?"

My husband and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Scott and his team of skilled hygienists and amazing office staff. I have been very impressed with their state of the art technology, available tests and care and education from the staff. They've also been great about recommending new dental products to meet our needs and Dr. Scott and his team always takes the time to listen to questions, really hear them, and provide answers. Decided to get another opinion, as I have only had one cavity in my life and had no pain or sensitivity. Saw another dentist that said no cavities at all. Decided to go to one more dentist for a "tie breaker" and that dentist also confirmed absolutely no cavities, even did Xrays to confirm. I feel conned by this place even to this day, several years later so decided to write a review when I saw the name come up in a search I was doing. To this day, many years later, I still have no cavities. I feel this place is just about grabbing as much money for you as possible and seems to want to do unnecessary dental work. Would not recommend them at all and if you do go and they tell you that you need a bunch of dental work, GET ANOTHER OPINION before you waste your hard earned money.
