The gentleman at the front desk immediately understood my description of the problem and took the time to personally test drive the vehicle. We even ended up having a fun conversation about Ohio and the Cleveland Browns while discussing the symptoms. What impressed me most was that they didn't just accept the previous diagnosis. They investigated the issue themselves and discovered it wasn't the transmission at all. A support mount for the engine had come loose. They repaired it, then personally drove the vehicle again, including taking it up to highway speeds, to verify the hesitation was completely gone. The result? A repair bill under $1,000 instead of a $3,000 transmission replacement. On top of that, they offered transportation assistance, including rides home and back to the shop when the vehicle was ready. That level of service is rare these days. Honest diagnosis, knowledgeable technicians and outstanding customer service. Frisco Automotive has absolutely earned my future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.
