A used Mercedes-Benz CLS550 they listed for $12,900. The car was stunning. Almost too stunning. We decided to purchase it and offered Ricky the full asking price. We needed extra cash to pay for taxes etc., So we asked him to hold the car and we would get the rest of the money to complete the deal the next day. We were so excited about this car that we could not sleep. We got the cash, drove to Lone Star Auto. The attitude changed. It's as if they realized the underpriced the car. Ricky said in a non-caring way, we can't sell you the car because we have no title. This is a LIE, because we spoke to other car dealerships and told them what happened. Why didn't Ricky mention that to us the day before we offered to buy the car for FULL ASKING PRICE? Typical shady car dealership. We wasted our time and emotions on them. Do not trust these people. PS. We ended up at the great dealership Car Land in Garland. We bought another Mercedes Benz full asking price. However, their customer service, honesty, and professionalism are worth a five star!

I spent a good amount of money at the other shop having a 3.5" MetalCloak spring lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks installed along with an alignment, only to end up with a severe death wobble the minute I left the shop. I brought the Jeep back and explained the issue. They performed another alignment, charged me again, and then told me they couldn't stop the death wobble and had done all they could do. At that point, I was basically left hanging out to dry. I then contacted Ethan at TRUXX. They looked over my 2023 JT and immediately knew what needed to be addressed. I left the Jeep with them, and they had everything corrected within 24 hours after the parts arrived. The Jeep now drives the way it should -- and then some. If you own a Jeep in Denton County and need suspension, steering, alignment, or death wobble diagnosis, I highly recommend TRUXX. Found Haynie's Garage while looking to replace an auxiliary battery on my Dodge Durango. I had the…read moremain battery replaced at a Valvoline in Lewisville. Valvoline replaced on the main battery and failed to strap it back down where it sits under the passenger seat. That's how Haynie's found it. So this cause out Durango to not start properly due to not having the auxiliary battery. I called Haynie's garage and a really nice guy answered and when I explained what I needed he went into all this detail what that auxiliary battery does. I had no clue. Found out I was talking the owner Chris. Super nice and absolutely knowledgeable. They close at 5:30pm and I got there at 4pm for the battery and to have my oil changed. No problem. I didn't ask for the oil change til I arrived and he said he had literally just used the last oil filter on a Jeep but would get one right over and was apologetic. That was absolutely fine with me and I didn't mind waiting. Chris also told me that he found my battery was not strapped down from Valvoline. This garage is off a dirt road since he moved to this newer location. His shop is sits off the road but it's still easy to find with a GPS. It's worth the trip. Haynie's Garage is absolutely awesome. I will only take my vehicles here from now on.
