Completely dishonest and totally lacking in customer service! We rented an RV from them. The…read moremicrowave wasn't working, the fridge and freezer doors kept opening, the shower nozzle was broken off the wall, the windshield wipers were defective. They claimed that the previous renters never mentioned anything about this. However, when we returned the RV one of the techs commented that the previous renters did in fact tell them about those things! While we were in possession of the RV within the first 24 hrs the steps stopped working, the handle on one of the cabinets fell off in my hand the 2nd time I opened the cabinet, and the side shelf in the kitchen fell off the hinges. we spent the time and $$ to fix those things. They did find a repairman to fix the steps but we were without the use of the steps for 5 days before that happened and near the end of our trip at that point. Their idea of fair compensation for this was to give us a $750 gift certificate towards another rental with their sorry excuse for an RV rental company! Needless to say we are fighting this. Spare yourself grief and run as fast and as far as you can from these thieves!
