It is a big Irish pub. They have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as second floor area, which is sometimes open. Food was OK. Restrooms looked somewhat clean. Service was actually good. And they have TVs almost everywhere to show all kinds of sports

No brainer sports bar to go in Santa Monica/ Venice area. We came here on a Monday night, it's easier to get a drink. Service is never magnificent here but it's a decent spot to hang out with friends and have conversations over happy hours BOGO drinks. I got an Irish coffee mocktail (basically coffee), and it's not bad. I was surprised it's better than the coffee at Starbucks with a cheaper price. My friend got a cider it's nice when you come here during happy hours, the drinks are buy 1 get 1 free! Ambience is decent Irish bar vibe, sometimes they have karaoke nights where it gets super loud. Weekends are crowded too. Casual spot that you could show up in jeans and hoodies.

I love me a good Irish bar. Especially one that I can comfortably watch the Celtics play in LA at. ;) Coming from Boston, there's no happy hour here so I was pleasantly surprised that there was a buy one get one happy hour special going on when we sat. We ordered a dirty Shirley, angry orchard, and Michelob ultra amongst the 3 of us and got 6 drinks to the table at once. Obvi it's a little excessive lol but it was such a vibe. Highly recommend the pretzel with cheese. So good. Also the Irish nachos over fries were yummy too. We also got the peanut butter shots - a must try here.

We came here twice in one day. Once before the beach, and then after the beach for happy hour drinks. The place is perfect because it's so close to the beach and has a great vibe. Our service both visits was amazing and the food hit the spot!

Fun Irish Pub! Nice place to hangout with friends and go for drinks. They also have delicious pub food as well, I highly recommend trying their Peanut Butter Shots and Shepards Pie. They also have good drink deals and live music, and karaoke on certain days. Good vibes!

Really solid sports bar. This location's been around for a long time. I'm a fan because they don't charge cover fee for the UFC fights. It's been a while since I've actually tried to watch UFC fights at bars, so I'm not sure if any of them cover anymore, but it was pretty awesome that they didn't. Other than that, the space is pretty huge and it could get really crowded really fast. It's in a high traffic area. The beers and drinks themselves are pretty standard. I would say at sports bar and I don't mean that as a bad thing. With crowded bars, I usually get worried about getting served, but the folks here are pretty solid and on top of it.

Food was pretty good. I had the bbq chicken sandwich and it was very filling. Husbands had tacos and he enjoyed them: especially for a non-Mexican place. Drinks and service were good and atmosphere was nice with plenty of seating at tables, bar, and outside. We parked behind the building.

This bartender is the most rude I have ever encountered

Is there usually a line friday nights? And if so, what time do you need to get there so no more than 30 minute wait?

Is this place dog friendly? I have seen dogs before?

Absolutely!!! I would just be smart about when you bring your pup because it does get crowded😎

Hungry and with a lack of options in the area (everywhere was packed) we agreed to stand to order. Luckily, they brought out chairs within a few minutes. We ordered a bowl of clam chowder ($12) which came with bacon and sourdough bread. We thought this was just okay - I'm from New England so my standards for clam chowder run pretty high, and I wasn't particularly impressed with this one. It was fine though. We also got the fish taco trio ($21) to split. On the tacos were cabbage, chipotle, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese. You can mix and match between crispy cod, grilled cod, and shrimp. We got two crispy cod and one grilled. They came on corn tortillas which aren't my favorite but they held up decently well. It also had a small side of chips and salsa which was a nice surprise as it wasn't explicitly listed on the menu. I thought prices were reasonable for the area of Santa Monica and the food was okay. I would possibly go back if convenient, but I wouldn't rave about it.

It's located along the boardwalk at the beginning of the pier. Literally right at the base of it. Of course with the patio seating, that's the best seat in town. You have the view of the boardwalk and it perfect for people watching. When we stopped in, there was a security guard checking for ID. I guess even with a restaurant they carded people and stamped their hand for alcohol. Patio was open seating with wooden tables and umbrellas. There was two bar on the patio. Majority of the seating were outdoor. Later found out that there's a nice beer garden out back where the restroom was but it wasn't open. Staff were all friendly which is nice. It's a casual beachside cafe. Menu had your usual food, easy eats. Started off with a nice cold one which we were surprised when they brought it out. It was massive. Food, your usual beachside menu. The Philly cheesesteak, which everything as à la carte. It was decent, nothing major but good. Also an order of the chili cheese fries, fish and chips and a classic hot dog with trimming on the side. Food was decent for a beachside cafe. It's nothing fancy but a fun casual dining experience. Vibe and ambiance was pretty mellow and chill. When we were there it seemed more like holiday makers versus the locals. We had a nice experience for our first time and the service was great. Staff were all friendly and sweet. You never know what might be going on in front of this bar/cafe. We watched a guy and girl do a skate board photo shoot doing some crazy tricks. Super friendly. You do not wait for a table you seat yourself. Someone will come with a two sided menu. Now on to the food. The food is decent. Not over the top. Pricing is about $10-$20 depending what you order. We got the salad without feta cheese with ranch, which was ok. The clam chowder that I've seen raved about I was disappointed as it did not come in a bread bowl. But it wasn't bad. Fries were the perfect mixture of crispy and soft. The magi mahi sandwich was good. I bet they got a lot of dine and dashers previously because they take your credit card up front. So don't be surprised when they ask you for it.
