Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Later, I wondered about a detail of the job and called them to ask.about what condition the freon charge was in when they started and finished the job. The manager was out so I got referred to one of the guys who had worked on my car. He told me that they didn't have to disturb the freon chàrge since the cable was replaced without removing the dash or the heater box from the vehicle, a service for which I had paid several hundreds of dollars. Save yourself a lot of money and take your car to someone who charges only for work actually performed insteàd of these guys!

He always tells me the truth, never tries to upsale me on a repair and charges way below market rates. His work is good and he backs it up. One time I took it in and a few days later I had the same problem again. I took it back and he looked at it and admitted he had missed a part and fixed it for free. How many other mechanics do you know that will not only admit they made a mistake but fix the mistake for free? He is hard to find though. He doesn't have a sign and does all business by word of mouth. He runs it out of an old service station in the back of a used car lot so unless you know where you are looking it is almost impossible to find him. But once you do it is well worth it if you need car repair.
