When I called no one answered and I left a message to get a quote. They called me back and left a message and quoted me $160 for my windows. I thought that was fair and set up an appointment to get my windows done. I stuck around while windows were being tinted and it only took them an hour and a half, so the wait wasn't bad. When I was paying they asked again what they quoted me and I said $160 and then they charged me $150, Sweet! I forget the guys name that runs the business but he is a very nice guy. I think it is only him that does the window tinting and its his business. The place is in an old Indy Lube shop with another business that works on cars. Two days after my windows were tinted the back window had a big bubble at the bottom where the tint was coming undone. I called back and he got me right in and redid the back window. I wasn't upset about it because he offers Lifetime Warranty on the tint, so no problems. Definitely recommend if you want your windows tinted.

I was frustrated and defeated as I pulled into this Belle Tier since they have a free air pump. I got out to start looking at my tires and start filling them up and one of the employees gets out of his car and walks over to me to help fill up up my tires. He fills them all up for me and goes back to his car to finish his break. The fact that this employee willing came over to help me even though he was on his break spoke volumes about this group. The second instance was having battery issues. I jumped my car to get it to the shop. They were able to get me in right away and I was on my way home less than an hour after. Their prices were comparable to others around! I will continue to go over to them just because of their customer service. They also didn't offer me extra services which is amazing.
