Romantic, moody, dreamy, emotional, and a little cinematic. Looking through our gallery now, I genuinely don't know how they managed to capture it all so perfectly. Beyond the photos themselves, they made the entire experience so much fun. My husband and I aren't professional models by any means ;D but Max, Cath, and their team (their videographer) made us feel so comfortable the entire day. They were constantly hyping us up, making us laugh, and helping us feel confident in front of the camera. They were incredibly patient, kind, and positive from start to finish, which made such a difference on a day that can feel overwhelming at times. And honestly, the photos speak for themselves. They didn't just capture what our wedding looked like, they captured what it felt like. Looking through the gallery takes me right back to those moments. I especially love is how artistic their work is. The photos feel timeless but still creative and unique. Some of my favorite images genuinely look like scenes from a movie. They somehow captured both the big moments and all the little details that made our wedding feel like us. Cat was very helpful in answering questions, emails, and ensuring that our contract was completed. Nik, our photographer, was SO FUN to work with. He gave us kind, clear instructions, had excellent recommendations of locations and shots, and was responsive to our questions. He helped us laugh throughout the day while also capturing our love and the love of all our family and friends throughout the ceremony and reception. He also got about a dozen fully edited sneak peak photos to us only a week after our wedding and the photos are STUNNING! I am obsessed. Our videographer, Vi, was professional, courteous, and captured all of our special moments on video. We can't wait to see the edited products, and will update this review once we have received them! This company also includes access to raw footage for free (although we opted to pay for the hard drive of raw footage since that seemed easiest), which seems to be a rarity for wedding photographers and videographers. They also offered fun extras at a reasonable price such as an Instagram video formatted specially for social media, drone footage, and a full 30-minute video (in addition to the included 5-7-minute highlight video). The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. The two young ladies seated behind the front counter were very friendly and professional and immediately assisted my family and I. GREAT customer service. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items.
