I love LIVE customer service, which is practically obsolete in our digital world. My daughter needed headshots for Musical Theater and the sooner, the better. Bradley said his turn around time was typically 24 hours to receive the photos (huge plus!) He was super helpful in recommending colors that would complement her skin tone. We arrived to Bradley's beautiful studio in the Arts District of DTLA. We opted to have him do her makeup for the photo shoot. Bradley is legitimately one of the most down to earth people we've encountered. You know how you meet someone and you instantly know you can trust them and they truly care about you? Well, that's how we felt! My daughter's makeup looked perfect and he even touched up her hair a bit. During the session, he was so positive and encouraging.
