Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I am very ADHD challenged and one would think this process would have been made simple and concise. The intake process was frustrating from the beginning. It was very difficult to reach anyone, and I struggled multiple times with the online forms before finally getting everything completed. I submitted all of my insurance information, including photos of my insurance cards, and was contacted with appointment options. I selected a virtual appointment and received a confirmation email the morning of the appointment saying they were looking forward to meeting with me. When I logged into the portal for my appointment, I was shocked to see a message stating that they do not accept Medicare, but that I could still keep the appointment for approximately $200 out of pocket. This should have been made clear before scheduling the appointment. Since I provided my insurance information ahead of time and my appointment was confirmed, I expected my coverage to have been reviewed. Finding this out at the time of my appointment wasted my time and was very frustrating. I hope the practice updates their website and intake process so that insurance information is verified before appointments are scheduled. Patients seeking mental health care are already taking an important step by reaching out, and the process should be more transparent and patient-friendly. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling very uneasy.

In my earlier career, this was tolerated (even seen as "passion" in old-style work environments). I went off it after to try TMS which was a total waste of time and money.
