I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Turnaround time was 3 days (Monday afternoon to Thursday afternoon), but service can likely be expedited if needed. They asked me when I needed my pants back and I told them there was no rush. Some of the employees speak limited English but can still understand a lot of clothes-related words. They will contact someone higher up if they do not fully understand.
