Sadly, when I got to the food court, this stall was closed. On October 1st, after attending the Jason Show as a studio audience member, I headed over to the food court to try my luck again. It was roughly 11:30 am. This food stall was open. Yay! The nice man behind the counter was wonderful and patient as I figured out what I wanted. I got the following items: - Medium Diet Coke - Crispy fish sandwich with coleslaw I paid with a credit card. Done! He asked for my name for the order. I waited patiently for my order as it was being made. It didn't take long. I got my Diet Coke first. I sipped it as I waited for my food. He put my food in a container box and put this box on a tray. It was a nice touch that he said my name and hoped that I'd like my meal. I thanked him and headed to a free table in the food court to chow down. The coleslaw was crunchy and delicious. It's a mayonnaise-based coleslaw. The coating around the fish was crispy. I loved it. The fish portion was generous. The fish was flaky and yummy. It's a messy sandwich to eat. The lettuce, tomato, and some of the creamy coleslaw was a part of this sandwich. They easily slid out. The bun was different. It looked like a potato bun. I don't know what it was made of, but it worked well. It didn't disintegrate. It wasn't overly thick and boring. It was perfect. What was the most surprising part of my meal was the Diet Coke. It was crisp and fizzy, and had the quality of a Diet Coke from McDonald's. I was both impressed and sad that I didn't get a large. I'm so glad that this place is available for those who have Celiac disease and want to enjoy gluten-free food. Folks who aren't on a gluten-free regimen will also be pleased with the food here.
