unfortunately, i have to give this location 2 stars. this was my first time at a Broadway Bar and Pizza location. When we first arrived, it took us about 5-7 minutes to get seated with staff walking past us without even acknowledging us. we brushed it off, understanding they might be busy. then we were seated, and given our menus. we sat for about 10-15 minutes, ready with our orders. finally, our drink orders were placed. another 10 minutes goes by. we were given our drinks and the server left again for a bit. she came back after another 10 minutes and took our orders. thankfully the orders came out quick. we ordered nachos, a pineapple and sausage pizza, and meatballs. the food was good, it was your average good pizza and the nachos were a very generous portion! same with the meatballs. the food was really delicious. after we were done and our food was boxed up, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes for our check, with 0 acknowledgment from our server who walked past our table multiple times. honestly, the food was very good but the service was poor. first impression was not too great but i'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt! read more

We've lived in the area for 5+ years and meant to try this spot sooner. Now that they've rebuilt, it gave us extra reason to stop by. It had easily been a decade since visiting any Broadway location. We ordered the Hawaiian Sizzler to go. The pizza was packed with flavor and the jalapeño bacon gave it a nice kick without an overwhelming jalapeño flavor. The pizza was well balanced and the slices held up well. Pricing was on the higher side for the area, but not outrageous. Note: they have a separate entrance around the side for pick up/to-go orders. We had to try to find someone to help us because no one visited the hostess stand while we stood there and the other entrance isn't easy to spot from the highway. read more

The food is always good and the service is great. We've walked in at different times and the bar suddenly opens up live country music, poor sound, and way way way too loud. What a poor idea. We watch people leave and hear comments that are the same as ours. Don't think we'll be risking this ruining our dinner for some time. read more

Highly highly recommend! We have lots of pizza options closer to us (even closer Broadways!), but we go out of our way to go here because on top of being a beautiful place with a great sports bar, it being filled with energy, and offering fantastic thin crust pizza (including their gluten free--a requirement for us based on the needs of members of our family), the staff here is INCREDIBLE. From the manager to the servers to the host staff, they were particularly awesome on a recent visit. We will be back many more times. read more

We ordered our one pizza at 7:01p and didn't see it until 8:29p. Which could've been a busy night BUT the box was soggy and so was the crust when it got here. I had to call the restaurant 3 times before they answered and they issued a refund because the kitchen was closing in an half an hour and no accommodation or real apology just an inconvenience. Kind of felt like a group of 17 y/o kids were running the joint. More professionalism is definitely required. Happy about the refund but nothing else. Delivery is always risky but dude, it's pizza. We stopped here Sunday evening after a community theatre play at the high school. There were people waiting for to-go orders and the sit down part of the restaurant was fairly busy with more people coming in while we were there. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be seated, and had the option of a booth or high top table. Once seated we were greeted and asked for drinks right away, and our server was very friendly and checked back with us often. We ordered Italian cheese bread, and then a half Classic Deluxe/half Meat Me at Broadway in deep dish. We did notice that the pizza took a tad bit long. Once it came, it was hot and cheesy and very, very tasty. We happened to be there during a football game and were happy to be able to watch on one of many tv's without obstruction and the noise level was not overwhelming. We went to check out the newly re-opened Broadway Bar & Pizza in Rogers tonight. The service was great, the food was good but nothing special but the space was insanely loud. With TVs blaring, people talking, babies crying it was a sensory nightmare. We won't be back, it was too difficult to carry on a conversation and one of our kids has sensory difficulties in noisy environments. read more

Only had a bad empierce here once and it was wrong ingredient on Pizza we go a few times a month. Service has always been great; they have cold beer and some pretty good drinks. I have not tried anything on the menu besides the Pizza and all but once they are very good and even that time it was fixed without an issue. Its a great Neiborhood place with good food and service, I even bring family from WI here when they visit and they love it! read more

It's not great pizza. It's not the worst, but not great. Especially given the price point. This is basically a sports bar that serves pizza. Not that you come here expecting anything else, but the pizza definitely underwhelms. The service is OK. The train going around the place is the main standout and can be a great addition if you have kids. read more

Local Rogers MN location, past review was a while back and not here. Now that said, for a pizza place out in Rogers MN this place is pretty good! It's not the best pizza in the world but its pretty damn good for what it is. The pepperoni with green olives for me is a go to. I would put this up against other high end pizzas, the chopped pepperoni and the salty olive is such a great taste. They have a great bar area as well and on Thursday nights, they used to at least have Bargo (bingo). Great people hosting it, great service, a nice staff and a great family environment. We set out to enjoy an evening of pizza with friends for the last night of summer... Before arriving, we called to see if there would be an extended wait time since we were coming with a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 children). We were transferred from the take out line, to the front desk, and the line just rang continuously with no answer; so we took the chance of just showing up. To our surprise, it wasn't too busy, and I counted at least 18 tables open upon arrival. We were told about 10 minutes to get a table set up for us... 10 mins came and went, 20 minutes, 30 minutes; all while we watched 14 other parties come in and get seated ahead of us. I had only assumed they had just one table available to seat a party of 10 that they were waiting for. What appeared to be a manager came to assist at the host stand, but there was zero sense of urgency to get us seated - when asked if we wanted indoor or outdoor, my only response I could provide at that time was "wherever you can get us sat at quickest". The server we ended up getting -- EXCELLENT! The food -- Dynamite! But unfortunately, due to the host situation, we're only providing a 2 star experience, and will likely only return with a smaller group due to the lack of urgency while trying to accommodate a larger party. read more

This Broadway is currently 2 Stars at a maximum. This used to be a 4 or 5-Star location a few years ago. Lately the service has just gone severely downhill, we have ordered take-out pizzas 3 times in a row now and had the pizza be more than 30 minutes late or re-scheduled entirely at the last minute. It's frustrating to order pizza hours in advance for your family, then show up and it's not even in the oven yet. Seems they are having issues keeping good staff, and it's really hurting them. Ordered the fish appetizer with tarter sauce. Over cooked fish and no tarter sauce. Ordered the Kid's Macaroni and Cheese with applesauce. No applesauce and really? Have the decency to remove it from the microwave pouch before you put it in a container. Ridiculous. Called the store, manager immediately offered a "Oops we goofed coupon to be mailed to us". My family and I go to Broadway Pizza in Rogers every Friday night for dinner. The employees couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. The food is excellent. We've ordered everything - from appetizers to wraps to burgers to pizza - we've loved every bite. The employees are so attentive. There's a very nice gentleman who I'm guessing is a manager or an owner who is always helping out and assisting his server staff. But the real reason I write this review is for the people who work at this location. My 7 year old son is on the Autism Spectrum and has a noise sensitivity and can sometimes behave erratically. The employees work hard to ensure my son is comfortable and they don't judge him or us as parents. I'd advocate for other special needs parents to visit the Rogers Broadway Pizza. I personally seen 2 big tables leave because they weren't getting all there orders or any service.It took an hour and a half to get my food because they lost my first order! Went here during a break between games at State Tournament. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, Buffalo White Pizza, and the Poutine. Daughter said the Fettuccine was ok, the parsley threw her off. The pizza was good, a nice amount of sauce and chicken. The poutine had a combination of cheese curds and tots with a good amount of topping. This place is good for groups and a good value. read more

Went in on 6/18/18 for the dinner buffet. Got stuck with the bartender as our server. Not even there 10 mins, I was half way through my salad and she drops off the bill, 5 mins later she walks up and says, "Got your card ready so I ring this up?". I guess if we don't order alcohol she has no use for us as customers. Walked back and forth passed our table seeing empty drink glasses and couldn't be bothered to refill them. Waste of time, energy, and $18! I called in an order to pick up and apparently the hostess who answers the phone is deaf. I ordered nachos with extra steak, spinach and artichoke dip, and a snack size wings. She gave me my bag of food and I walked out. I get back to my hotel and I have no spinach and artichoke dip. I called back to the restaurant and the guy said she never put in an order for spinach and artichoke dip. I opened my nachos and there were 5 small pieces of steak in the entire order of nachos!!!! So on top of not hearing my order for spinach and artichoke dip apparently she didn't hear me say extra steak or so you would think. When I called and told the guy who answered I said extra steak he goes..oh yeah we got that! Wait so extra steak is 5 small pieces??? What a joke!!! Never again!!!!! I have been to this location twice now and had terrible service both times. Coincidently and unfortunately, we had the same server both times. My husband, mother, and friend of mine went to Broadway to play bingo. Our server was rude and inattentive. After our food arrived, she brought the bill immediately although there were still 5 games of bingo left and we were all having drinks. When we asked to keep the tab open, she rolled her eyes. Odd considering the more we spend, the larger her tip. Lunch yesterday was definitely my last visit. My friend and I walked in and were asked if we were "doing the buffet" to which we replied no thank you. The server then asked us an additional THREE times if we wanted the buffet..as if ordering off of the regular menu was a major inconvenience to her. She then proceeded to bring us regular menus (not the lunch menus) and act annoyed for the reminder of our visit. I had to specifically ask for a lunch menu. It then took 40 mins to get our food although it was not busy and most others were doing to buffet. My husband is originally from Rogers and we recently moved back to the area. He has repeatedly told me to avoid this restaurant due to poor service, management, and mediocre food. This place needs a major remodel both in the physical restaurant and the staff. Please save your money and go to Davannis, Maynard's, or Clives. This place is awful. read more

Excellent pizza, IF you go there to eat it. I have loved the slightly spicy sauce of Broadway. Their pizza is always fantastic, no matter what I order. ALSO, I enjoy having a tall beer with my pizza. Generally their wait staff is pretty good, but lately we have gotten a string of not-so-great waitresses. (It is as if they need more training) Delivery is not an option at all though, because it sucks. In fact, they are the worst at delivery ever. It always take an hour and the pizza comes cold (like they don't use warming bags). We have never once had it delivered warm. And upon calling to complain, the manager is always quite rude and doesn't even offer an apology. If it weren't for the fact that I genuinely like the taste of the pizza, we'd never do business with them. read more

Love bring the kids here for the Monday night buffet! It's decent pizza at a good price. They can be pretty slow at getting it out though. It starts at 5pm but in the 3 times we have gone it's about 5:20 before the pizza is actually out. The salad bar is just ok, nothing special. They do have some pasta also! First time here. It's a family oriented pizza place more than a bar. We ordered the medium chicken wings for appetizers and medium New York pizza. Pizza is good. Chicken wings were ok. The deep dish cookie ice cream desert is disappointing as the cookie dough is mushy like a cake rather than the usual cookie dough. Our server "Melissa" appears in a rush the whole time we were there. Talks fast and asked if we wanted appetizers. Follow up after recent visit 8/10/17 @ 7:10pm Decided to give it another try since my daughters wanted to play BINGO. Very busy night, seemed to be staffed okay. Ordered appetizer and entrees and things seemed to be on track. App comes in a timely manner then entrees. Daughters shared Caesar Chicken wrap and it had a BIG HAIR on the toothpick pushed in to the tortilla. Looked for a server for some guidance and waited 5 minutes, got up in search of a manager. Tracked down a server who shared that the manager on duty just left for the evening (7:30pm). Are you kidding me, the busiest night of the week and no manager on duty, WTH? Employee said the next best person would be the bartender who was insanely busy working alone. Beyond baffling, this place amazes me, since corporate took it over from the previous owner the assumption would be they would be working like a well oiled machine.
