A while back, I was watching FOX 9 Good Day. There was a segment about Where's the Flour, a food stall at Eden Prairie Center's food court, which offered an all-gluten-free menu. I happen to know folks who need to avoid gluten. I am good having gluten, but I was curious to check this place out. I tried earlier this year. Sadly, when I got to the food court, this stall was closed. On October 1st, after attending the Jason Show as a studio audience member, I headed over to the food court to try my luck again. It was roughly 11:30 am. This food stall was open. Yay! The nice man behind the counter was wonderful and patient as I figured out what I wanted. I got the following items: - Medium Diet Coke - Crispy fish sandwich with coleslaw I paid with a credit card. Done! He asked for my name for the order. I waited patiently for my order as it was being made. It didn't take long. I got my Diet Coke first. I sipped it as I waited for my food. He put my food in a container box and put this box on a tray. It was a nice touch that he said my name and hoped that I'd like my meal. I thanked him and headed to a free table in the food court to chow down. The coleslaw was crunchy and delicious. It's a mayonnaise-based coleslaw. The coating around the fish was crispy. I loved it. The fish portion was generous. The fish was flaky and yummy. It's a messy sandwich to eat. The lettuce, tomato, and some of the creamy coleslaw was a part of this sandwich. They easily slid out. The bun was different. It looked like a potato bun. I don't know what it was made of, but it worked well. It didn't disintegrate. It wasn't overly thick and boring. It was perfect. What was the most surprising part of my meal was the Diet Coke. It was crisp and fizzy, and had the quality of a Diet Coke from McDonald's. I was both impressed and sad that I didn't get a large. I'm so glad that this place is available for those who have Celiac disease and want to enjoy gluten-free food. Folks who aren't on a gluten-free regimen will also be pleased with the food here. First and foremost, this is not a "cafeteria" or food hall. Basically, you walk up to a kiosk, order electronically, pay, get your receipt and wait for a notification of when to grab your food and from where. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes and fried pickles. All very tasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy reminded me of the ones you get from KFC, so delicious, and bonus points for being gluten free. read more

I like the thought of this place but it's ran poorly. I came here on a Saturday and it seemed like it might be closed but I walked up to the counter and someone said from the back that she'll be right with me. I stood there for a few minutes until someone else from the back came up and took my order. Then another man came up. So these 2 men workers started to just talk and have a conversation with one of their friends in the mall, while the woman in the back was stuck working by herself. The kitchen seemed to be out of a lot of things like ice and lids and the one worker who was actually working had to deal with it all on her own while these other two guys just stood their talking. This is clearly a smaller business so it was just weird that they weren't more concerned about their customer service especially when they are surrounded by larger chain restaurants. read more

This restaurant claims to be 100% gluten free and celiac safe. However they allow gluten containing ingredients in their kitchen and refuse to answer their customers on Facebook if those ingredients were ever used, served to customers or put in the fryers. The most recent non gluten free ingredient that was spotted in a video that they posted was Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs. The owners stated that Kellogg's confirmed that the Corn Flakes were indeed gluten free and safe. I called Kellogg's and they confirmed what a lot of people with celiac already know and corn flakes are not gluten free. I have ordered from Where's the Flour a dozen+ times. Not because I like the food but because I wanted to support a 100% gluten free restaurant . The food is inconsistent (the breading on the tenders has been different, the gravy on the potatoes has been watery or super thick). They have forgotten an entire entree and given me French fries instead of mashed potatoes. I have gotten sick twice from Where's the Flour once from my order on August 28th and from my order this past Sunday. read more

Chicken tender tasted like fish and barely any chicken in it. Cole slaw was inedible with vinegary taste, and fries are heavily seasoned with hot spices and salt, so also inedible. If you want fried, salty, tasteless food, this is the place. Will never go back. read more

I ordered 40 tenders along with the mushrooms, fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was AMAZING. I heated up the leftovers in my air fryer today, and I think they're even better reheated. My kids loved the tenders and fries, but said the potatoes were too spicy. However, I did enjoy the spice in the potatoes. As someone who has not had fried chicken unless I make it for myself after my celiac sprue diagnosis some six years ago, I am BEYOND thankful for WTF. read more

I love this, the workers were very nice people. I was diagnosed with Celiac a few weeks ago and it's been very try hard but when I went here I felt better about it, the food was really good and the WTF sauce was probably the best. I recommend the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, it's probably the best thing there, also the I felt as if the Ambiance was really nice, the employees greeted me nicely and the restraint itself looks good, 100% recommend. read more

I had an open mind ordering my food and got a chicken tender meal and they messed up my order and gave me wrong stuff and it took 15 minutes to get me fast food when I had the chicken I couldn't chew the meat on the insides if I got give this zero stars I would. Delicious as always! Only problem is i got pre-packaged honey mustard. I felt like they made it before. Even if they didn't me getting something pre-packaged was a let down. Normally it comes in that small plastic container. I ordered fried mushrooms chicken tenders vod tenders with mashed potatoes. Everything tasted fresh it's my 4th time ordering from them and will order again. The wife sauce is good but I prefer the blue cheese and honey mustard that they make not the package stuff. read more

they replaced flour with salt. gravy on mashed potatoes was not edible--so salty! chicken was bland. I don't know what sauce they sent with my order. I wanted honey and mustard and they sent something that looked like thousand island dressing. Mashed potatoes were good--when I scraped off the gravy. so disappointing. read more
