I didn't make contact because I felt uncomfortable he continued to speak loudly all customers cashiers hearing him target me. He kept hounding me so he said "he's trying to make me laugh. I was just joking." I said , "that's what bullies say" What kind manger singles out a customer on return line ! He has done this everytime I go return things! I m upset I will not shop there again! I'm telling friends and family about the three incidents each time he loudly shamed me for returning things. They are shocked and they will not shop there neither will I. The salespeople did their best trying to get them to not hog rooms but they could only do so much. They weren't really on top of the fact that some people would walk out then their family member would rush in so that they could hold onto the changing room. I ended up waiting for a changing room for much longer than I'd like. I almost walked out but if the sales lady wasn't so nice, I would've.

He turned a very…read morebad experience with a return problem that a very unfriendly cashier refused to help us with. After being treated very rudely a week earlier by the unfriendly cashier when my husband tried returning a purchase with a rebate receipt ( it's exactly like a regular receipt except missing the bar code) and being told he couldn't without the regular receipt, my husband was furious! We were only expecting store credit of course but even that seemed impossible. As a last resort he contacted the Bed bath Beyond customer service phone number who in turn forwarded him to the general / regional manager she was finally able to get the issue resolved. She agreed to allow us to return the item for store credit. So we went back to the store the following week and asked for the store manager Jimmy who was very apologetic for the return troubles and quickly issued us a store credit. In the end we used the credit to buy another item that better suited us and we thanked him and confirmed we would be repeat customer. Thank you bed bath Beyond & Jimmy
