At first Chrysann told me the red marks were from the "pressure" from the LED mask she'd used and they would fade shortly, but they got worse over the rest of the day. I was VERY clear about the products & devices I use to make sure there were no bad reactions, and we discussed my skincare routine in depth before starting. I reached out Sunday morning and shared pictures of my burns, and she tried to palm it off as my skin "purging," when I clearly have two angry burns on my cheek and forehead. The skin is raw in those two spots. She offered a few suggestions and said she'd be back in the office on Tuesday and she could give me something then, as if this could wait until Tuesday or that I'd ever trust her again. Since then, I've heard nothing from her, which, speaks volumes. The wounds are healing, but whether or not I'm left with permanent scars is yet to be seen. Stay FAR away. UPDATE: Doctor tells me I have first degree burns. Likely 60 days before my skin is completely back to normal. SECOND UPDATE: No reviews between 2017 and my review last week, and suddenly people are coming out of the woodwork to sing this woman's praises? I smell a scam. She burned my skin and after I called her on it, SHE NEVER RESPONDED TO ME. Totally unprofessional.

First of all, her products are sensational - her own line is amazing (the sulphur toner, vit c and green tea serums are all staples for me) and the products she uses in her treatments outside of her own line are all high quality. I always find this to be what sets beauty experts apart - products!! And knowing what to use on who! Lizzy nails both. Also, she uses these devices that you won't get during a typical facial. High frequency, cryo therapy, the best LED light therapy available (I know bc I researched it before I even started seeing Lizzy), etc. She does the most gentle extractions, but will go for something stubborn if needed without causing stress to the skin. Pretty sure my first facial I told her about this bump under my skin on my cheek that had been there for months and she just said "oh, I'll get it". And she did! She's well versed on what's pregnancy safe. My skin just looks noticeably improved as soon as I leave a facial with Lizzy. Oh! Let's not forget the space she's created. On Tuesday, September 15th, we arrived at the hotel at 10 am and went to the front desk. We were greeted by Jessica, who seemed lost and clueless about her duties. She asked for a card, which is standard practice for hotels, but instead of reimbursing us, she charged us the full amount. Jessica promised to reimburse us, but she couldn't provide us with a receipt. This is unacceptable, and we should have been reimbursed immediately. To make matters worse, we discovered that the bar was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but we had no idea about it. We had been staying at the hotel for three weeks and had never noticed the bar. Before we checked out, I went to the front desk again and asked Jessica why we couldn't just get a refund for the card. She refused to do so and took 20 minutes to explain her position. We will never return to this hotel and will strongly advise others to avoid it. I will also contact all review platforms where we can post a review and will fight for a full reimbursement. Finally, I want to address the issue of Jessica. She needs to be removed from the front desk immediately.
