I had to wait a little while and try to get someone's attention this past holiday season - but they were literally packed, and it was on the days you could use your jewelry warehouse cash (had some from another purchase earlier in the month) so I expected to have to wait - and it didn't take long, I found what I came in for, I left happy, my daughter loved her opal ring. A couple weeks prior my husband and I were here, and we were in the market for a solitaire. I had one, it was a little small and it was my grandmothers, I have worn it for years and years, it's even chipped a little. So for early Xmas we came here :) I originally wanted a square princess cut diamond, but after trying a couple on I just wasn't feeling it. I spotted a pear. Something I did not think I would like, I tried it on - I still have it on! Honestly without looking at the sales papers I cannot remember the mans name who sold it to us BUT he was great really! He was very smart, he was helpful, he was nice, I have zero complaints. He tried really hard to find me what I wanted and there it was :). The diamond is gorgeous! And all the papers came just like he said they would right on time! Everything was perfect! I love the ring - absolutely love it! The only thing with jewelry warehouse that would make them king of jewelry in this area is on site sizing, on site resetting, etc. I just hate to send out jewelry especially something of this $$$. Please consider getting someone in house! I still want my ring reset and resized but hate to send it off and part with it even for a couple weeks lol! And by the way - after we left I did go to Jared's, with my new ring, just to see what they had that was in the same range and ya know what? It was all about $500 more (for slightly smaller diamond) that did not even look as beautiful. Either the inclusions were huge eye sore or the color was not as good. We compared for a good 15 minutes and took a look with the jewelry magnifier and really there was no comparison. I said Thanks anyway and left. Glad I went with this diamond, thanks jewelry warehouse!

Mgr. rudely interrupted our conversation with the most unprofessional attitude I have ever experienced. The clasp was broken on one of the necklaces and Teresa was demanding that I did not buy the necklace there. It was a $20.99 necklace, not a $2000.99 necklace. She upset me so bad with her rudeness, I left the store crying. I hope Teresa never has the opportunity to be so rude and unprofessional to another customer. My experience with Teresa's unprofessional work ethics has nothing to do with the rating of this store. Not all people are made to work with the public.

The owners (a kind husband & wife duo) welcomed me as soon as I walked in, even though I was a bedraggled mess, having rushed over straight from the car wash in my least polished outfit to make it before they closed. Despite my appearance, they treated me like a VIP & were happy to help. One watch just needed a new battery, but the other required a delicate repair. The cost was far less than I expected & they had the work completed in half the time they expected, which was already reasonable. The store is small, but is clean, well stocked with a wide selection, especially for its size. If they don't have the item you're looking for, they are willing to order it as long as one of their vendors carry it, and the pricing is quite competitive as well.

Moseley's is awesome. I worked with Moseley's to create my fiancée's beautiful custom engagement…read morering, as well as her matching wedding band and my wedding band. I primarily worked with Jeremy, but John (and several staff at both stores) helped out as well. Both Jeremy and John are kind, excellent communicators and provided wonderful customer support throughout the entire process for me. I live in Baltimore, MD but was pointed to Moseley's in SC by someone who'd worked with them in the past and spoke very highly of their customer service and work. I knew I wanted a very specific style of engagement ring for my fiancée, and I couldn't find it at any of the big name jewelers. (Plus, their salespeople were always very pushy, and that turned me off.) I ended up working with Jeremy over the phone, through emails, and even texts, all hours of the day and all days of the week over the course of several months as we worked out my budget, the exact design of the ring, and then the choosing of the diamond. He made the process so easy for me. I can not stress that enough. As a man, buying an engagement ring is a huge undertaking and very stressful! Jeremy was awesome and laid out the plan at the beginning and guided me step by step. He is a champ. I want to also add that the value of the jewelry is excellent. I was able to purchase a much larger and higher quality stone from Moseley's than I would have been able to from a big box jeweler for the same price. Moseley's doesn't try to take massive margins and rip you off like some other places. I feel the price I paid was very fair. After I proposed, we discovered that the ring was slightly too big for my fiancée's finger. We overnighted the ring back to Moseley's (I tracked that thing like a hawk online), and they resized it the day they got it, and then overnighted it back to me in Maryland! I couldn't believe how fast they worked. I should also add that my fiancée absolutely loves her engagement ring and was completely wowed by the craftsmanship and quality of the ring and stone. This business went above and beyond and totally beat my expectations. I can not thank everyone who I worked with enough. Their beautiful work and excellent customer service are outstanding. I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody looking for engagement or wedding jewelry.
