I was getting ready to leave Doran Beach on Sunday when my large slide on my 5th wheel would not retract. Could not find any mobile RV services to come out on a Sunday. I was able to leave my trailer at Doran. I searched on line and found Jareds Mobile RV Services but was closed, but I was able to send him a message, and I got a quick response back. I would give 6 stars if it were an option. After 3 visits from 2 other mobile RV repair guys, I finally got my fresh water inlet fixed the right way. This was a small issue but Jared went over the top in his approach and service. I literally could not be any happier with how things worked out. Jared really saved the day. We were at the Petaluma KOA and our slide got stuck out. We needed to leave and the slide was jammed good; no manual retraction would work. Camping near the coast & our heater decided that now would be the best time to quit, even though it worked fine before we set out. Jared had an ad at the campground so I gave him a shot. September 2021, Jared came to our property at 3617 moorland ave Santa Rosa! We had just purchased a keystone 2018 Montana with an extended warranty! The microwave and fireplace were not working! He checked them and said they both needed to be replaced! We gave him the $150 service fee! He said that he would order them and get back to us the following week to let us know what the time frame would be! He has never contacted us through today 9-2-22!!
