This was the 3rd place we took my car for a quote and they were $4k cheaper than the other TWO companies we went to. The others refused to buff out my lift gate; kept saying I had to replace the entire thing ($2k). Carlos listened to what we had to say & said "no way, we can take care of this for you without replacing & I'll even do it with no charge" & even detailed the inside and outside of my car free of charge. They nickel and dime the insurance company. Replaced a tire that had a "bulge" in it. From damage of a small deer that dented the fender. The work was very good, but not enough to cost the $950 I had to spend on the extra weeks they had the car. So in all, waving half the $1,000 deductible and paying the extra $950 for the rental. The exchange cost me $1,450. Such a deal.

There were some important papers in the rear of the SUV, but I could not get to them due to the danage from the accident. I nice strong Tip Tow employee was able to lower the back seat and retrieve the documents. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
