He explained that he wanted to hook it up and diagnosed it but he was so knowledgeable about cars that he was spot on and it didn't cost some absurd amount that I was quoted by one of the big companies. I truly appreciate not price gouging the public just because it's summertime. I honestly felt that the owner cares about the people he serves and has integrity. I just moved to Jarrell and I am very fortunate I found Auto Service Experts.

I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I understand the competitiveness of these shops but truly this place is not trustworthy of anyones time or money. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best. Under new management doesn't mean necessarily best. Hard pass. You know it's bad when you take time out our day to write a review on such a place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I am glad I went to Christian Brothers instead, driving from Round Rock is worth it for a reputable company.

We were told by the shop that it needed a simple oil sensor replacement which they did. As soon as we left the shop and drove just a mile the engine began to tremble and the car is now making a horrible squealing noise. We immediately brought the car back to them. They began looking at the car again and told us that the car had little to no oil in it and they they didn't touch anything except for the sensor. Immediately they were defensive. How does the car come back in worse condition is my question. I truly feel like we flushed money down the toilet and now we are having to have our vehicle towed to the dealership. Thanks for nothing. Can't trust them at all. Additional response: No we were not informed of there being no oil to begin with. What kind of repair shop would receive a vehicle with no oil, tell the customer there's no oil and miss a perfect opportunity to up sell for an oil change and then return said vehicle with no oil for the customer to drive off? Make that make sense! You guys are a joke.

I told you over and over I didn't want to take you to court because I am not that guy. You lie about the transmission issue. You didn't cover squat or offer the towing out of your pocket or pay for extra oil to be generous. It's because I was direct with you and. It happy and told you I would be reviewing this kind of post. This is why you flipped and started offering me these things because you knew I was going to take you to court. You offered free labor on the transmission as a way to negotiate with me to keep from going to court. I kept record as I said of you and I talking when you offered immediately to have my car towed. I have a completely well recorded and documented list of other things I will not share but in court that show you dropped the ball over and over. No I did not want to pay you money until jobs were completed . I showed pics of how bad my car was when I came to pick it up. The hat is why you had it detailed as you absolutely should. I'm done here and will update after court. I've asked you over and over the last couple weeks for a detailed receipt of charges and repairs and you've yet to give me one. The Google reviews were all good..but you know its always hard to find someone trustworthy when it is your ehicle. They showed up within 10 minutes! He was knowledgeable and kind. He was able to give advice and get the car on the road. We could not be so thankful for someone to be honest fair and caring. Bought my own tires (this is the 3rd time I've bought my own online). Got the car over there, he got it done finally, I'm not sure if $240 is too much for install of 4 tires/mount/balance, which, they don't seem balanced, I have vibration & my rims aren't bent. But he also complained the whole time about he can't do that again, I should buy tires from him etc... Sorry but I'm not going to buy tires at 200% mark up! I mean, your still making money off labor! He kept going on about how 'mom & pop' shops are going to go out of biz because online stores, SORRY, I'm going to go out of biz if I buy overpriced tire's! I brought him biz which should be thx enough! I could have gotten in MUCH sooner at discount tire! I almost forgot to throw in the grease/dirt on my steering wheel, never had that happen at discount.
