Found this place by chance. Went in for a car repair nearby and had an hour to kill. This place had good reviews, so figured I'd check it out. Tina did my pedicure and Vicky did my gel manicure. They both did a great job. I felt so relaxed, I think I dozed off at some point Love the result and friendliness. Found my new nail shop!!

Not a good experience. This is my third time here in less than a week. Came to get one nail fixed that cracked and I paid to repair it now another nail cracked. I am not building houses so I don't understand why they keep cracking. My dip nails normally last 2 plus weeks. This time I didn't even get a week. This time I spoke to the owner and she said there is nothing she could do. And was very unfriendly. But when I came before she was very friendly and nice. She even told me about her husband and kids. Vicky is the person that did my fist set then I paid her to fix it. Now Lilly is fixing another nail. If another one cracks I will not come back. Not worth my time or money. The white nails are the nails that keep cracking and the black one is the that was fixed. You can clearly see the difference in the nails. The person who did the white nails must have been new or used the wrong product. The person with the the black only dipped my nails twice. For the white she dipped my nails at least 5 times and still not half as thick as the black.

I went there on a Friday to get a mani and pedi because I was going out of town for the weekend and by the next day my mani was getting wrinkles and chipping off. I always get my nails done at nail bar of Texas KATY and they usually last me at least a week. The lady that was doing my nails was sweet but took 2 hours to do everything and she cut me a few times trying to remove my old dip powder. Definitely not going back!

I came to this salon because it had good reviews on Yelp & I totally depend on Yelp sometimes to find the best place. So me and my sister in law decided to go here. When entering: When entering the nail salon we were greeted by the owner. She is very nice. We decided to look for colors and I am very picky. I felt that we were being rushed because the owner kept coming over and ask if we found a color or if we wanted to sit and see a color. When I sat in my chair, the water was blazing hot. I kid you not, no one checked my water. I'm like " Jesus this is really hot." And they were like " oh no, it is hot." My feet were really red. I am not sure what the nail technician name was but I think her name is Tran. You would see , she have a grumpy face all the time. She was very horrible. Very rough was not gentle and kept cutting my cuticles close to my skin. I even have some blood cuts. I paid for the 3rd level of pedicure. She rush through my massage. Even my sister in law has notice. When she massage my neck, she pulled my shirt across and it was hurting my neck. She is very rough and doesn't care how you feel. It felt that she did not want to be there. The towels were steaming hot and I had kept flinching and she still continue to hold my foot down. At first I thought it was because I had a sense on my right leg to make it feel like that. But it was the same for the left. I told her to match the color of my nail to my feet. My nail color was was pastel pink, she choose a hot pink. So therefore I wasted 37 bucks. Another tail technician I think may be Amy. Who did my nails. She is really sweet and doesn't talk to me. Don't ask questions about my life or anything that's how it should usually be. The one thing that bother me is that when I asked for a long shape nail she made it square. It was suppose to be a bit long and a small end. That is the style going on. She squared it out asking if it was right. I just gave up and said yes. The color I choose from the sample was glitter green. When it was put on, the color came out plain. I asked if there was a way they can put glitter so it can bring it out more. She said sure. Never did she once told me that it cost extra. Needless to say, I was really upset. I end up paying 50 bucks for my nails! I was like what the hell? The max for these nails should be at least 40 bucks. I'm assuming they charge for 3 colors. Which makes no sense. I was so upset. But my mother is a nail technician ( for pedicures only) so I would not dip out because I wouldn't want her customer to leave without paying. I just sucked it up and paid. I even gave a generous tip. Which I think they shouldn't deserve. But vise Versa. The nice lady who worked on my sister in law she wanted to let you know she is very satisfied for working with her and that you did a great job. Also she said that you took a very long time with her which she liked. Needless to say, I'll stick to a smaller nail salon.

In town again and stopped in to get my nails done; SNS dipped! Had a pink ombré and I'm in love....came back today to get my lashes done before going home and I'm glad I did! I have lashes for days! Totally recommend this cute beauty lounge; super clean and friendly! This is not your typical Asian nail salon with caty nail techs...everyone here is super friendly!

The owner Jasmine always greets you with a smile and makes you feel so very comfortable. We moved 3 months ago an hour away and there are a tome of salons I could go to but no one matches the quality of this salon. I went in today for my second time. I have had a few free manicures thru work and the other times I have gone to several other places. The other places...I should of just went back to Jas-it-up. This was my favorite nail salon, until I was overcharged I pretty much paid 48$ for a refill!!! Let's start with 25$ add 5$ because of length, now let's add color changing shellac 18$ so what happened to shellac being 5-10$ extra!! But 18? No designs broken nails none of that, very upset by this and I will not return! Total walk out fee 85$ dee normally does my nails but she's out, so Karen did my nails I love them but not for 48$ penny always does my pedi I'm gonna miss them, but I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere

Found my new nail spot! Came in the late afternoon on a Saturday. They were not packed but still busy. Had to wait maybe 15 minutes. It was so worth it. They did an amazing job and were fast yet efficient. I'm loving my nails and have had many compliments on them. I believe, if I remember correctly, my nail tech was Tammy. Everybody was also very kind. It is a very clean nail salon. Price was very reasonable for the service I received. Looking forward to going back for more services.

So i came here based off of the reviews because i live off google and yelp reviews and i have to say i was disappointed, wasnt greeted when walking in i asked for a coffin shaped nail im not sure what there version of coffin is but not the same as mine. Feel like it was a tad over priced for the customer service level i was receiving. I hate when they speak nothing but there language its very rude and unprofessional like i get english not the first language but to hold very long awkward conversations in front of a client always unorofessional. Made my cuticles bleed today. Wasnt totally amazed from there selections like most people raved about of there reviews. It was a total let down this past week for my trip read more

Decent place but it took an entire hour to get a full set of simple white tips. The lady kept tapping my fingers over and over I guess to not make them tense or something but it was a very annoying experience. Make sure you have a lot of spare time before coming here, at least with the nail lady I had. She filed my nails so much it was burning my real nails. Not enjoyable at all. read more

This place is new so everything is shiny and clean. I received the best pedicure I have ever had by a lady named Tammy. They serve you wine, mimosas or martinis. You get a fantastic shoulder massage as part of your service. The music, decor and ambiance is very relaxing. They are doing 30% off for their grand opening. read more

I have been going there for several months, and at first very nice, but last few times she made me make appointment for later in the day and come back, but today showed up and said she sorry we have appointments all day!! I said so you can't take walk ins, Jasmine herself said no. So I will never come back, I went down Morton to the nail bar of Texas who was very busy but took me straight back to chair had hands and feet down with a full bar and actually cheaper then Jas. So anybody reading this pass Jas it up nails and go to nail bar or Texas trust me much better business etiquette and customer service!!!!!! read more

I unfortunately had a horrible experience. I was turned away with still 75 minutes before they closed. And how bias of the company to turn me away at the same time others walked in without an appointment as well. I've been getting my nails done for well over 15 years and never ever have I been turned away not even showing up 10 minutes before closing. I hate I moved an hour away from my old nail tech. read more

This was my 3rd time here. First time I came in for a manicure with shellac. I liked it but my color peeled. When I came back they fixed all my nails with no problem and even redid my manicure. Third time was just for a quick polish change on my toes. I will definitely be back. Staff is friendly and polite, they actually talk to you instead of each other! I liked the manager a lot but the staff seems to lack in English and the lady who did my nails couldn't even draw a simple heart for Valentine's Day! I told her specifically I wanted a heart on my ring finger and she said YEA I can do it for you... then further on she told me no I can't and she was half way through my nails I was pretty pissed off because I had it pictured in my head of what I wanted it to look like .t he manager is great but the workers seem to be a bit off like they are forced and not helpful to their customers. read more

Where can I find a nail salon actually worth my time and money? I never spend cash on getting my nails done and it seems to be that each place and time I try it out I am unimpressed. Here @ Jas it up I had to correct my technician to trim nails so they match, ask scrub more, the water was waaay too hot for my pedicure and I have a high tolerance for heat. My feet were red. The towels for my hands were also steaming too much. At the end my technician noticed that a cuticle on my thumb got left and she shrugged and get painting....Seriously, go somewhere else. I am so over being rushed while picking nail colors. read more

We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I just wish we knew from our initial consult instead of wasting our time. I hope this helps anybody!

Based off of yelp reviews, i decides to give this salon a try. Came in too get a pedi and an underarm wax and was told the wait was generally about 10 minutes, so I gladly looked around at some polishes and took a seat as I waited. 20 minutes go by before I ask the owner once more how much longer the wait would be, she said another 5 minutes. At this point im upset because im waiting 15 minutes more than I was told I would wait. I explained I wanted to get my pedicure first and wax last before leaving, I decide to wait a few minutes before deciding to just get a wax since a pedicure seems to be too long of a wait. I asked the lady if I could just get a wax and id go somewhere else for a pedi, she then proceeds to speak to a technician in their language, im assuming she was asking her if she could wax me when she was done with her client. She then tells me the price went up on underarm waxes, and were no longer the price in their service menus. That being said I decides to leave. This place just sucks. Service is horrible and i doubt the price had truly gone up, and she was just wanting to piss me off. Truly dissapointed my expirience didnt match those of other yelp reviewers. read more

Jas-it-up made a great first impression when I walked in 30 minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed by the owner, Jasmine's, beautiful and gracious daughter. She asked me how I found out about them, which I have never been asked before at a salon. Being in the hospitality business I notice certain things and they are doing them here. Tammie took her time with my classic pedicure and Jasmine checked on more than once. A relaxing atmosphere, cold beverages, good prices and first class service---I will be back, thank you for paying attention to the details, it makes a difference! read more

I will never go anywhere else for my nail care! This place I so amazing! I have natural nails and healthy cuticles and they don't take it upon themselves to cut or push my cuticles. The owner is always so helpful when I can't decide what color I want. The hand massages are so awesome! They use hot scented towels that no other salon I've been too does. I just love the atmosphere and friendly, smiling people that work here. The prices are so reasonable, I'm recommending this place to all my friends and family! read more

I'm very particular on what I get on my nails and I am always satisfied every time I go to Jas it up nails. I've been going there for four years. They have not once disappointed me and if I'm being completely honest, I am very difficult when it comes to what I want on my nails and how I want it done. Jasmine which is the owner. She also works almost every day doing nails. Her and her employees are extremely welcoming and do a wonderful job. I always tip at least $30 every time I go. They are just that good! read more

This is a GREAT place to have a manicure/pedi. Dee was wonderful and was so kind, and she did an amazing job. I can say this was the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had and will definitely be going back. Jasmine and her husband are the owners and are truly wonderful people. Everything was super clean and I love the selection of polishes they have. I could go on and on but all I can say is you need to come and visit Jas-It -Up Nail salon. BEST NAIL SALON IN KATY!!! I absolutely LOVE this place! It is always clean and sterile!!! And I never have to wait long at all. The owner is so kind and professional along with the nail technicians as well. Great Experience all the way around! First of all, I was greeted right away, asked to pick my color, and offered a MARGARITA! :) I did not have an appointment but I was treated like a VIP member!! The Staff is friendly and detail oriented! The owner is an absolute sweetheart!! Environment is so clean and beautifully decorated! My Mani/Pedi looks amazing! I love this place so much . It is my favorite place to get a pedicure because it comes with ingredients you can't find anywhere else In west Houston Katy Cy fair area . The technicians are always so helpful . So cute inside and so clean ! They even give Margeritas or wine that taste great if you spend over $37! This is my favorite place to relax ! My first time here and I am beyond amazed. Excellent service, clean and sanitary, and they did a phenomenal job on my shellac mani and pedi. Amy did my pedi and Kathy did my mani. I especially loved that they weren't too chatty, as I prefer their concentration to be on my nails. Reasonably priced as well. I love Jasmine and her crew. It's so nice to come in to get pampered after a day of cleaning houses. Their work is great and my shellac nails stand up for a long time against lots of abuses. But what really made an impression on me is they remembered my name! GREAT CUSTOMER service. read more
