We were seated immediately, even if we were early for our reservation and our very friendly and helpful server, Jaslyn, was awesome! She suggested to start off with a delicious strawberry margarita and it was a home run! Perfectly blended garnished with both a lemon and a lime slice. We ordered the Prejean's seafood platter, which hit all the marks. Catfish filet, oysters, crawfish, alligator, shrimp, hush puppies and fries. Everything was lightly battered and not the least oily. We also had to try the chicken, andouille sausage gumbo and the crab cake vermilion which were so delicious! But, the highlight was our extraordinary server, Jaslyn! The was the epitome of southern hospitality with her sweet, unassuming personality! The next time I'm in Louisiana, I'll be back at Prejean"s!
