We've eaten at Jason's Deli many times, usually with friends. We are quite fond of the extremely fresh and well maintained solid bar. We frequently get salad bars and the giant baked potato to go along with it.. Both are outstanding. Sometimes we'll get a sandwich, which are good. Our experience was okay here but the building could use a major update. The tables, salad bar, trays, and bathroom were all pretty dirty and run down. The salad lettuce had a lot of brown/black pieces in it. Our fresh napkins were all stained with some kind of sauce. I'm glad they changed the salad bar back to self-serve after COVID. At about $10-11 for a salad bar, the price hasn't skyrocketed too much over the years, which is why we gave it a try again. This is a great place to get a quick, delicious, healthy meal. My family and I are like creatures of habit. We all order the exact same thing every-time we come to Jason's. My son loves the Kids Cheese Pizza, my spouse always gets the Penne and Meatballs, and my daughter and I always get the Salad Bar. I also love their Veggie and Tomato Basil soups; just delicious. Jason's has always been consistent, and we know we're always going to get fresh, tasty food here. The salad bar is fantastic. They have a variety of toppings, dressings, and even desserts you can choose from. They also have pasta salad, potato salad, and fruit salad. Whatever you do... don't forget to get some of the baby ginger muffins. They are like a party in your mouth.. soooo delicious, and always fresh. The staff has always been friendly, however the cleanliness of the tables can be hit or miss. For years now my boyfriend has been telling me how good Jason's Deli is and how he wants to take me there and sample his favorite sandwich, the Beefeater. I always smile and say yes, but to be perfectly honest, I didn't have any interest and when he'd suggest to come by and I'd always suggest a different place to go to instead. Well, his lucky day arrived because as I was about to give him directions to a cute mom and pop, I get a call back from an airline that I've been waiting to speak to for 8 days. Yes, I had been "on hold" for 8 DAYS!!! We're in the car and I can't direct him, so he went to a place he knew, Jason's Deli. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in because it's much larger than I thought it was from the outside, plenty of seating. I did think it was weird that the tables closest to the register were being used for making catering boxes and not guests but honestly I didn't mind finding another place to sit. It was also pretty clean inside, with the exception that the 2 tables we tried to sit at were both sticky. I think that may have just been a "change the water" situation though. The person at the register was super friendly and helpful. I was not in the right mindset (airlines these days, amirite?) so I kind of ordered what I saw first, Quarter Muffaletta Special but could not for the life of me see where the soup flavors were. Luckily, she was patient and very nice. The muffaletta (with ham and salami) was actually pretty good. Not traditional in any way, shape or form and kind of dry but the flavor was really good and the meat tasted fresh. My boyfriends Beefeater was pretty darn tasty and I would definitely consider getting that or trying another sandwich next time. The tortilla soup was outstanding and I'd order that again in a flash. The salad bar looked clean and well kept so I'd definitely consider getting that the next time we come in as well. read more

First time there, tonight. We took our daughter and granddaughters for dinner. My husband and I were so impressed. The service was impeccable, the food was hot and great! There was a wonderful young man there, delivering the food to the tables, I wish I would have gotten his name, he was Great! Very nice, personable, helpful and great personality. The restaurant was very clean, very important. The cashier was very helpful, actually everyone was great! It left such a great impression. We will definitely be going back. The update to your new mobile app isn't very good. The options to change your bread to any of your sandwiches isn't available. My husband has celiac and has to choose gluten sensitive bread that your old allowed him to choose any of the sandwich. On your old app this was easy and readily available to do that. Your new app doesn't allow this and the choices listed on your gluten sensitive is very minimal and less than stellar. Very sad. read more

There's nothing like a nice hot cup of soup on a windy, cold and dreary day like today. Jason's Deli used to be my go-to spot for lunch, I was there almost daily for years! Then, the prices went through the roof with increases while the quality and portions seemed to have gone in the opposite direction. That being said, I don't patronize as much anymore. However, today, my hankering for a hot soup lunch got the best of me. I had the broccoli cheddar soup. It was piping hot and came with saltine cracker packets on the side. I was the only one in line upon entering and my order was placed right away. Soup took a little longer than I would expect since it's pretty much ready just needs to be bagged, but it wasn't the end of the world. We've had takeout and dine in over a course of three visits. Our usual takeout is the New York Yankee as it is a huge sandwich which can be shared as I usually do with my wife. It is a mix of corned beef and pastrami on bread served with a pickle and chips. My children usually have the chicken strips with a side of fruit. This last dine in visit we added a salad bar. While well worth it, their process could use some improvement. When I asked the cashier for a plate, he told me to pick it up at the salad bar. When we went to the salad bar no plates. We asked a worker for a plate and were given a small plate compared to the bigger plate other patrons were given. Being that it's a one stop salad bar, it makes for the price to point to fall below expectations. This is where they could improve. The other miss this visit was that no pickle was given with the sandwich. Another point for improvement. I don't complain when it comes to errors in food as a personal choice which is why we let this one go. That said, we still recommend this business as their food always exceeds and meets expectations. My mom and I used to come here all the time. The service is fast and staff are polite, the salad bar is great! And always fresh. The baked potatoes are HUGE! I would recommend getting a queen sized , as they are at least a little smaller. The soups are awesome, so are the sandwiches. The only things I've noticed, is that the cleanliness standard has been slightly lower than before , and the food quality isn't as great as it used to be. Seems like maybe they could be substituting cheaper ingredients? I'm not sure. But it's still a reasonably priced lunch spot, and I would still recommend going to anyone . I've been a loyal customer of Jason's Deli for over 10 years. Even though my husband and I moved out of state, we always make it a point to visit the Henderson location whenever we come to Vegas to see family. Unfortunately, my recent visit two weeks ago left me with mixed feelings, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex, who took our order. He was exceptionally friendly, which made us feel welcome right from the start. After we paid, my 3 year old daughter grabbed a small box of apple juice from the fridge. I asked how much we owed for it, and to my surprise, he kindly said, "She's just a kid, don't worry about it she can have it." I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, it show he genuinely cared about our experience. However, the situation changed when my 5 year old son needed to use the restroom. My husband accompanied him, and upon their return, he was taken aback by the condition of the restrooms. While the restaurant had clearly invested in upgrading the dining area with new tables and chairs, the restrooms were in dire need of attention. All the stalls and toilets seemed outdated and worn, with the sink in the women's restroom showing significant signs of age. It was disappointing to see that, despite the higher menu prices, the restrooms had not been updated in over a decade. Another area of concern was the salad bar. We were charged nearly $12 after tax for a single trip, which felt quite steep. When I asked for a second plate to make another trip, I was told that the salad bar policy allowed for only one trip, and I was denied the second plate, despite the higher cost. I found this frustrating, especially given the significant price increase in recent years. Additionally, the staff member's communication left much to be desired being fluent in both English and Spanish would likely enhance customer service and understanding. The total for our meal, which included two adults and two children, came to $60, and while the food was decent, it wasn't as enjoyable as I remembered, especially considering the price hike. Before we left, my husband and I tried to leave Alex a $10 tip to show our appreciation for his kindness, but he declined. He explained that the tips are shared amongst all staff and suggested we place the tip in a jar. While I understand the reasoning behind this policy, I found it a bit unfair, as some employees may not necessarily have earned the same level of appreciation from customers. While we continue to enjoy the overall concept of Jason's Deli, I do believe there are areas in need of improvement particularly in the restrooms, pricing, and staff communication (Considering is Henderson the area we talking about) I hope the management will consider these points to maintain the high standards that keep customers like us coming back. read more

I hadn't been there and quite some time and I really enjoyed my ham and cheese sandwich & cup of cream of broccoli soup! They employee will bring the order to your table when it is ready. The sandwiches/paninis are served with chips. Drinks are sold separately. Also. They have a salad bar if you're just in the mood for something healthier. Or you could add it to your meal as a side salad. Either way. You gotta get in on the salad bar. For a simple salad bar.
