Chicken Fried Chicken with over easy and potatoes, supposed to be hash browns.

We pass this restaurant all the time, and I've always wondered if it was good or not, so we decided to stop in a give it a try. This place really reminded me of rural Kansas. There was a retro, country/Midwest vibe that I really enjoyed. It didn't hurt that there were a lot of sunflowers drawn on the windows, giving it that Kansas feel. We walked up around 11am on a Sunday. There were people waiting inside and out but we were quoted about a 30 min wait and it only ended up being 20, so I was happy. The place is highly decorated with a lot of knickknacks and kitschy Americana. Old school country is on the playlist. There is plenty of seating and the place looks pretty clean, even with all of the tchotchkes. We ordered breakfast and it was pretty good but there were some issues. My husband is lactose intolerant and asked if they had non-dairy creamer for his coffee. They said no so he got an orange juice. Then the table next to us ordered coffee, with non-dairy creamer and they got it. International delights, exactly what my husband asked for. We weren't mad or anything, just found it funny. We got coffee somewhere else afterwards. We also had a few order issues, like not getting the correct potatoes but it was ok. Our server was nice, but a bit busy, so we didn't see them very often. However, they were there when I needed them so boxes and the check, so I have no complaints there. I'll definitely add this place to my rotation of nearby breakfast spots.

We were in town for soccer and this restaurant was close to the field. We arrived around 11am, so there was a bit of a wait. I ordered the Southwestern Brisket Hash, it was just okay in my opinion. I wanted something spicy, but the flavors didn't work well for me and a tad salty. My husband and daughter finished their meals, so I think I'll have to try something new the next time we're in town.

First time here for a meal. In this case, for a Sunday lunch. The place was well-packed with diners in a rustic setting. I ordered a Denver omelette with egg whites, toast, and hash browns. It was delicious and came quickly despite the crowds. I also wanted a small plate of French toast, and the server suggested the kids' meal, which was the perfect size. Our group of 12 friends all enjoyed the service and food. Nothing fancy. Just good tasting food. Noise level was moderate and parking was good. It is a place worth a return trip.

Pork tenderloin sandwich?? Whaaaat???? Hard to find one of my hometown favorites out here in the west! Delicious! Only managed to eat half-it was huge! Brought the other half home, warmed it in my air fryer the next day, and it was as good as it was the day before! Served with very crispy fries and a large glass of iced tea! Yummy lunch! Stellar service and what a cute place! Go here!

Recently, my family and I went to this restaurant. We ordered the Tuna Melt and french fries, Pull Pork sandwich and french fries, a bowl of potato soup, and the Chicken Caesar salad. The Chicken Caesar salad comes with a dressing that is lacking flavor. We recommend the tuna melt, pull pork sandwich, potato soup and the desserts. The portions of the fries were small. All the food we ordered was good. Can't wait to go back and try the other choices on the menu.

The food was good and the place is chic! It's our first time here and it's worth it. Can't believe we didn't know about this gem since we only live close.

Review #35 of 2024 Friday November 1 around 12:30 p.m. Friendly charm, and great staff. We absolutely loved the idea of visiting this well reviewed community restaurant. For me, I always rate these comfort food diners based on how well their Country Fried Steak is made. Sadly this business missed on that. The has browns and eggs were on point. The gravy was ok, and the country fried steak was extremely salted as if it was marinated in ocean water and the leftover was used to make the batter. I mentioned it to the server as I only ate about 1/4 of it and I had to tap out. My wife got a a Chili burrito, and it was ok, but left for a want as the chili was barely covering the outer portion, but the inside was just an eggs and potatoes. Disappointing experience based on the food 1/5 and the price we paid for it, although the service was 5/5 stars. Will not be back.

If I could leave a review for 10/5 I would, the portion sizes were perfect for the cheap prices. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant was cozy. My family, a party of 6 was in town for the weekend and came to this restaurant each morning we were here and were never disappointed. We didn't have a chance to try the cakes or pie because we were too full after the wonderful meal to get to it but they look delicious as well.

One of my favorite places to eat! They have the best chicken and waffles for sure! The breading on the chicken is really good and the gravy is amazing. They put real flowers at each table which i think is cute. The decor is like a cozy little house that reminds me of how my grandmas house was. I love it! The service is always great as well!

Chicken Fried Chicken was delicious for diner food, it was closer to country fried steak, but good!!

The beef tartare was very good (the bread with it was a highlight) The Foie Gras was incredible. The blueberry balsamic demi-glace really enhanced the flavor of the Foie Gras. I would go back just for this. The Beef Wellington was done perfectly. It's my new favorite in town (much prefer this to Hell's Kitchen) The Ribeye Nightmare is topped with green chilis and cheese. All of the flavors worked really well together with just the right amount of spice. Really unique dish. The drinks were excellent also and we finished the meal with the Carrot Cake which was delightful. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!

God, there was so much and I loved the experience but it was so much food, next time my bougie self needs restraint. First of all, the lychee green tea was delicious, I could drink a gallon of it; it was the right amount of sweetness with that tea aftertaste. Second, the panini and scones were my favorite overall from the tiers. I got the tomato mozzarella panini and it was toasty with spinach and pesto, I need to get another one. Third, the scones were to die for. They weren't heavy or like overly dense that you choke; the outside was buttery, crunchy, with the inside soft and full of fruit bits. It went so well with the cream and jam. I felt the other desserts on the tier weren't as wowing compared to the scones and panini; the cake in the shape of a cheese wedge is cute, but flavor profile was kind of lacking. There was just too much mousse going on that the cake inside was just mush; maybe if there was like blueberry crumble or something crunchy inside, it'd be more interesting. And the outside shell is definitely too sweet and thick, I think a glaze would have done as well, but that's just my thought. Not a traditional tea set...but nice to see their spin on it. We had 3 people and still had so much left over food. Although the presentation of some of the pastries in display were really nice, quality of pastries was average tasting. Service first time was great. The 2 gentleman working the counter were really pleasant and had a warm demeanor. Came back on my own the next week ordered a plain ice green tea. Unbeknownst to me It came sweet and asked to see if it could be remade. The tea barista said that I didn't ask for it to be unsweetened. I Mention I wasn't aware iced green tea was sweetened (otherwise i would have). She remade it but, was visibly annoyed, and kept telling me the next time to order to ask for no sweetener and all their drinks were sweetened. I already mentioned twice that I wasn't aware that it was sweetened. Interaction was a little uncomfortable as I felt tea barista kept implying fault on me based on an assumption that I should have known. On a hospitality note... a simple "yes all drink including plain ice teas do come sweetened, sorry you weren't made aware, happy to remake it" would have made a better experience. It's just a misunderstanding. Possible have staff prompt guest on sweetness level can also alleviate misunderstanding.
