On Friday 08/30/24 - my friend accidentally got into a fender bender with a parked vehicle in front of this business. She went into jasons deli and talked to a manager named Gina and told her what happened and asked for help trying to find the owner of the vehicle she hit. Another customer was screaming at my friend (some random customer, not the owner of the vehicle that was hit). Gina (the manager , decided to call 911, and stated that my friend was "inebriated" and "rammed" the car. (Police confirmed to me through the complaint we launched with Henderson PD.) My friend has PTSD and Panic attacks and a stranger screaming at her had her shaking. By the time police showed up the other customer had left and my friend was being forced to go through dui testing and breathalyzer which she passed. Why did Gina the manager feel the need to call 911 when my friend was not asking for that? Why did she use the words inebriated and ram when that was not the case? When I came later on that same day asking for information so I can make an offical complaint to the police she told me to leave and refused to assist me. I called corporate and the GM Amy called me apologized to my friend over the phone and said she will call me back after she talks to Gina and figures out what happened on her side. 09/04/2024 I just got off the phone with Amy (GM) today and she stated that Gina didnt say those things.(police confirmed the manager called 911 and did say those things) and it must have been another customer. When I asked her about training or advocacy so something like this doesnt happen again I was told well she was trying to help. I am sorry but help who??? She was rushing me off the phone and obviously was very busy aka couldnt be bothered. Why did the manager Gina just call out the make and model of the car trying to find the owner (he was in the business, it took the cops 5 minutes). She profiled my friend who was shaking in her panic attack and didnt want to be bothered. Gina, you should have apologized to my friend and me for the way you acted that day and I urge you to educate yourself on PTSD and Panic attacks. You profiled a single mom who was doing the right thing. She was sitting on my couch crying thinking she did somthing wrong when she didnt. Amy, the fact that you called me on your day off thats great. I urge you to please train your team in how to handle this kind of situation from happening again. The police stated that the manager called 911 and stated she was inebriated. Learn how to do better nd teach your staff so something like this does not happen again. read more

I've had sandwiches from here because my school orders A LOT from here, so I decided to try this place for dinner with my boyfriend. I ordered hot pastrami on sourdough, with provolone, mayo, and mustard. My boyfriend ordered chili with cheese only, and a French dip with provolone. Pastrami: the amount of pastrami on the sandwich was sufficient. The sandwich itself was flavourful, however I felt there was not enough mayo or mustard. Next time I will ask for extra. French dip: very cheesy, lots of meat. The bread was a bit hard, and while I know the French dip is normally pretty dry and that's the the au jus sauce is for, this sandwich was dry even with the sauce. It also lacked mayo like the pastrami. Chili with cheese: this was actually pretty darn good, especially with crackers added. I will be returning at some point and can't wait to try the other sandwiches! Also, bonus, they give free ice cream! read more

I've come here a few times trying to give it another chance as it is very convenient, but this is a scary place and i won't be back. People serve them selves with their hands from the salad bar and eat items while at the salad bar. So don't eat that. Then the last time a group of teens ( at least five) came in the deli, got water cups from the cashier then proceeded to take over the ice cream machine filling these cups and forty-ounce Stanley mugs with ice cream! When I asked if I could squeeze in to get my cone, they looked directly at me and went on filling the containers while the manager watched! We came in for lunch. We haven't been to Jason's Deli in quite some time. My husband and I had the salad bar. The salad bar was in perfect condition, all the bins were full, the offerings fresh, and presented in a clean and orderly manner. Initial greeting was "eh" when we first walked in and ordered/paid for food, but the salad bowls and trays where ready for us to pick up, quickly. I'm not sure what is happening with the location itself, but it has become run down. It presents itself as uncared for. Sticky, dirty floors, dark, and old torn seating. The bathrooms - can't even bring ourselves to utilize; had to turn around and walk out. I'm giving three stars because the salad bar was fresh and full, we were asked if we wanted another clean plate to go for seconds at the salad bar, and because we did see they checked every customer sitting at tables if they needed anything. Corporate needs to give this location a little love to make the experience feel better and cleaner when a customer walks in. read more

So I went here for lunch yesterday! I love their salad bar, it's so fresh and delicious, but yesterday I got the meaty beef sandwich with Ajus it was absolutely awful, it had no taste the Ajus has no taste very bland and the total for a drink and sandwich was $17 I will continue to eat salads there but definitely will not get that sandwich again! As a salad lover, I moved here to LV and started thinking that I would have to be reserved to casino buffets or Golden Corral for a decent salad bar here...considering there are no Sizzler's in the area and Souplantation and Marie Callender's were mortally wounded by Covid. My friend kept saying I should try Jason's and i looked at the menu online a few times seeing a salad bar that did not seem to be all you can eat. Finally she got me to try it and they told me you get 2 trips to the bar..i figured 2 trips MIGHT be enough but let's see. Well I have yet to go back the second time in many visits. The veggies are always fresh and the dressings are great. I wish there was a better selection like some of the other places I mentioned but hey, it is only $10 for the salad bar and not much to add some soup...chicken pot pie soup was fantastic by the way! Sometimes you happen across a place that just "gets it". Jason's Deli on Warm Springs Road is that place! It haven't had a bite of my sandwich yet. But that is OK! Because they not only have "gluten sensitive" options. But they understand (1) Celiac Disease and (2) Customer Service! I am from San Francisco and am hard pressed to find a deli with gluten free bread. Moreover, Jason's is aware of the woes of cross-contamination for those of us that suffer with Celiac disease. So, here, I can get it toasted and not worry about it because they have separate plates for the toaster for celiacs to keep our food separated. Now, I don't know about the utensils to make the sandwiches or put on the mayo etc. So, if I en our tee a problem, I'll come have to this review with a revision. As for now, so far so good. AND...not o my do they off you a few water cup while you wait (you don't have to ask for it); they have FREE ICE CREAM! The only thing that could make this better should be for them to also have gluten free ice cream cones (shout out to Humphry Slocombe because they do offer gluten free ice cream cones). Pretty sure you could get any sandwich here and it would be amazing. The bread was incredibly light- I don't even know how to describe it. When you bit into it it was as light as air. I had the tuna melt, which was excellent, the New York Yankee was delicious, and looked almost like it came straight from the Carnegie Deli, and various other wraps were enjoyed by my party as well. I love Jason's deli. I come here for lunch all the time. If I want to make myself feel better about what I eat, I come here and get a salad. Lol. My usual go to is the big chef salad and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. They've never disappointed me. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you prefer to make your own salad, they have an option for salad bar - you can add $ for a protein if you need your meat fix. Otherwise there's only bacon bits at the salad bar. Just make sure if you want another plate of salad to get a new plate from them. They also have a 1 trip option if that's what you want. They have free soft serve ice cream for everyone. By the time my sandwich came, the avocado had already given up on the hour and some change min car ride to me. The California club is my favorite sandwich and they have all you can eat soft Ice cream (Well, If you still have room for it) It is usually very clean and its a place you can go to for a quick meal or lunch during your meal break at work. It had options to include or delete items. I deleted several items as food intolerance or dislike. Item came with it all which some was hard to pick out. (hummus & quinoa) but the pita chips were easy. Disappointed. Had a corn beef sandwich too. Mostly good, lots of meat but some parts were grizzle. Longer cooking would have had that tender. Came in to order extra catering for moms funeral service. First time here, manager came over and offered drinks and ice cream for my kids. Star for that. Found out later she gave us a huge discount on 150 lunch boxes (which was more than what I got from the other caterer). 2 stars for that, you know where I'm going with this. 3rd star for an early delivery and set up 4 for such a spotless facility and 5 for their true professionalism and empathy during this crazy time. I was desperate for some comfort food, and what is better comfort food than Jason's Deli? I usually go to the one on Maryland but I was nearby, so I stopped in at this location. I came in about 15 minutes til close, which I'm guessing is why nobody was happy to see me. There was a younger kid manning the register, one prepping food, and another out on the floor sweeping. They all had very careless attitudes, but again I did come in late so I'm hoping I can chalk it up to that. I got the Club Royale and broccoli cheddar soup. Always fresh, hot and delicious. I grabbed one of the bottles of cream soda that I used to love, but this time it didn't taste as sweet. I wonder if they changed the recipe or maybe the distributor? Easy access off the street and plenty of parking is Jason's Deli. We have been to several of their locations around the southern USA and enjoyed them. This location is no different with easy counter ordering and table delivery. Decent salad bar with plenty to select from and fresh veggies. The sandwiches are made to order and customizable as you desire. My sandwich had sliced corned beef and pastrami on rye, but I asked for no sauces or cheese to enjoy the flavor of the meats. Side salad rounded out the meal at the self-service salad bar. And as always the soft serve cones for after the meal. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and quick so it is an easy place to grab a quick bite and get on the go. Tables allow for small or large groups to enjoy their meals and staff was very fast at cleaning. We enjoyed our visit and will return. read more

We did visit yesterday around 3pm our usual time. Entering we saw on the left first table full of used customer trash. The ice cream machine had malfunctioned, and the tray was full of up to the spout. Only two tables occupied at this time. One order in front of us and another behind. The order taker had upside down smile all the time. So, we get our number and sat. The other two got their takeout orders and left. I went up and ours was sitting there. The man said sorry. Obviously, no people around to bring it out OR clear and clean tables. We had to pass up two tables that had not been wiped clean. We sat and discovered the chair next to us were full of food waste. The floor around some of the other tables had food debris also. So, the toasted sandwich was not toasted, and I took it back. The man brought it back to us at the table and said sorry again. Saw the female cook helper come in, sign in with the register and begin helping him. Did Not wash hands, no gloves and dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt. The male at least had a Jason shirt and apron on. The buffet lady came out in the same attire, street cloths as the previous lady. This is the second time the Beefeater was like rubber. The cheese was chewy also. In our time there we saw only four employees. One lady was at the center register obviously the manager doing the count from the day shift. The two tabled customers had left, and their plates were left at the table. I think the impression one gets as you walk in reflects how the serving line and what goes on behind the doors is an indicator to think twice before eating there. read more
