We have always liked Jason's Deli until the last three times we ordered through the drive through. Three times, my husband has asked for the sandwich to be toasted and each time they have failed to do so. He even reconfirmed this when he was paying. It indicated toasted on the receipt, but it was not. Also, the honey mustard requested on the sandwich was barely detectable. Hopefully, they can improve soon! read more

I'd give them 0 stars if it would let me. We had delivery issues last time. So we decided to try again. This time pick up. Unfortunately the pot pie was rancid. We stop by for lunch occasionally when in Mansfield. This restaurant is in dire need of a remodel. We don't have a problem with the food per se, but the restaurant atmosphere is just plain depressing! Everything painted brown, no color on the walls. It makes you want to cry when you sit down in the dining room. The only other complaint I have is the "free item" bar, i.e., muffins, garlic toast, etc., is always empty and you have to go find an employee to bring more out from the kitchen. I do still love the French onion soup. Glad they brought it back. read more

This place is not too good they make you park in the back once we entered the restaurant we almost immediately changed our minds it was midday no customers 80 percent of the tables were dirty very limited places to set the temps in the place were cold , had to wait to get acknowledged, the salad bar was open the selection was average , food came out barely warm , ice cream machine looked disastrous , I made comment to Mgr about the tables need cleaned and the ice cream machine he never did anything plenty of people standing around , I'm will not go to this place anymore , poor service over priced filthy at best . read more

Looking for a salad, don't want to sit and wait couldn't think of a place then i remembered Jason's Deli. Perfect. Downloaded the app, placed my order for dine in, and drove over. Walked in went directly the end of the line, and well ... the team didn't know what to do with the confirmation on my ipad. I went back to cashier area and explained, she looked at the confirmation and walked me back to the launch area and explained. Maybe i'm the first one to use the app at this location. Doubtful, right? Anyway sorted it out tout suite, and i had my salad plate and drink cup. All was orderly at the drinks area, as well as at the salad bar. If you're "keto'ing" or "atkins'ing" ... or any of the 'ings then go to Jason's they've got you covered. It is hard to say no to the fab mini muffins and super good bite sized breads but I did. Salad bar had all i needed, and was loaded up with choices. All was clean and orderly. Took a seat near the front of the dining area so i could peacefully eat and look out the windows at the world going by, a bit of sunshine. The dining area was clean, tabletops were quickly taken brought back to readiness as each diner left. Bathroom was a check too. I'll be back. read more

I eat at a number of Jason's and have for 20 years. This location is consistently inconsistent. I keep going back because they are near my work. But each time its a new issue. Order messed up, give me a fork with my spoon. Give me a the opposite crackers I ask for. Carry on a conversation with each other and never notice me waiting to order. Took 25 min to get a spud when I was the only customer in the place. The bathrooms always smell insanely bad. The irving location is literally the opposite and twice as busy. Its so odd how every time I go to the Irving location they are friendly and the food is spot on and eveytime I come here I get the opposite. Super frustrating. read more

I came through your drive through 2/23/2020 at 11:25 (order 90004) and ordered the smoky jack panini. I asked about side and was told I could have any choice of chips. I asked for chips and salsa and was told there might be an up charge. I expected about .50 extra for the salsa since chips are included with the sandwich. Your up charge was $1.89 which is crazy. Carry out pick up is terrible. Always and at least the last 3 times. Every time I order and go to pick it up AFTER my promised time it is NEVER ready. Today, my order still wasn't ready 15 minutes after the promise time and the inside was not busy at all (especially considering the limited indoor seating with COVID). I've loved Jason's Deli for years but this is probably one of the worst I've been to. I placed a pretty simple order on the app, like I usually do, and completed it at 3:23. Promise time to have my order ready was 3:38. I pulled up to the curbside spot and waited for about 5 minutes before calling and once I did, they told me it would be right out. The man that picked up the phone was pretty rude but at this point, I just wanted to get my food and leave. I wait another 10 minutes and watch about 4 different cars come and go in the drive through. I decide to go inside and say again that I placed a curbside order. She walked to the back and she told me they were still bagging it even though I called ten minutes prior to that. I sat down in one of the chairs and watched the employee put together my meal and then bag it. He then proceeded to walk right passed me and takes it to the car that I described when I called the first time. Extremely annoying visit, and I don't think I will be coming here again. read more

Went through the drive through two days ago. I usually order online. But we ordered at the speaker this time. I usually get a tuna salad sandwich with hard-boiled egg on it. When I got home my sister was like your sandwich really smells like egg Well, that's because the preparer put a fried egg on top of the tuna salad sandwich. My dog enjoyed the fried egg. I love Jason's Deli. Their Southwestern Chicken Chili is amazing, and who can say no to an all you can eat salad bar and free ice cream? Not me! I've visited this location many times since it recently opened. As with any new restuarant, so far there always seems to be a bit of chaos- the cashier not understanding the menu, food runners confused about the order they are delivering, etc. The food, though, is the usual high Jason's standard. An always fresh and variety filled salad bar compliments any of their delicious sandwiches perfectly. I love that the salad bar includes things like the pasta and potato salad that are anything but the bland typical salad bar fare! My favorite sandwich with the roast beef dip- warm, salty and savory. Their baked potatoes are HUGE and covered in toppings. The half portion is the size of a regular potato! The place is clean and staff members are easily accessible to get you another plate or answer any questions. The flow is good so that people waiting for others are not blocking the salad or ice cream machine, too! ;) I also really love that they have a back door entrance for busier days and drive thru! read more

Very disappointed in the service level of the Mansfield store. Been in the store many times in the past and I agree that it has gone down hill in the past several months. They partner with a local school and the experience was terrible given the circumstances. A severe lack of concern by the manager which filters down to the team. We see this same lack of concern for customers in person at the restaurant as well. We will go back to the location in Arlington from now on. read more

I used to LOVE this particular Jason's Del! It's no fault of their own why they have received one star...its their policies. We purchased 3 sandwiches and substituted the chips for soup! Now my Husband ordered a larger sandwich and substituted for soup as well BUT was charged $2 extra for the SAME SIZE SOUP! Is that absurd. His sandwich was larger and cost more so therefore his soup subsequently is more although it's the same size soup as ours? I have no choice but to not patronize this establishment simply on principle. It's the PRINCIPALITIES! read more

Just a slight improvement for me personally since my previous review. I will say the food is usually good. Any low star review I give is almost always service related. This one is based off of repeated bad deliveries. First part is the amount of food you have to purchase just to be able to get the delivery option is quite steep, $25 before taxes and fees so for $25 of food you're paying $35 total, for lunch. For one person. And I only think the price becomes frustrating when my orders have been so frequently messed up. At least 6 times now, and not every delivery is bad but getting close. Examples being Salads with no utensils. Salads with many of the ingredients and or the salad dressing not being included. Drinks and no straws. I don't believe it is being picky, I just want if I walk in to the store and I order the food, I should get the same food if it is delivered. Nothing more - Nothing less. It is just becoming increasingly more difficult to warrant paying a premium price and not getting everything included. Love the salads - Love the sandwiches. Service needs help. read more

Two stars mainly because I love the food. Service at this location is a joke, literally. Just stop in one day when you are bored and watch these how this operation operates. It is laughable. So online order, said it will be ready at 5pm, it is 522 and I am still waiting. Awesome. I am not really mad because watching these clowns "work" is fun for me. All I can say is come in and eat or place an order hours in advance. It is now 524 and yeah....still no food. Hit enter too soon I guess. Took 10 minutes to get our cup of soups, both sweet and unsweetened tea was sour, 35 minutes after getting here they are finally fixing new tea!!! We love this location. Food is good. Staff is courteous. We stop at least once a week to get food. If there is a problem they fix it. We've never had an issue and it's one of our weekly places to eat. Take home salads are our favorite. read more

I came on a weekday for lunch, and ordered my meal to go. They also have additional parking in the back of the restaurant. This was my first time here, and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Based from my observations, everything was clean and still seemed new to me. I had ordered a create your own salad and a potato with brisket. The potato was not cooked all the way and I could not find any butter on it. It was very dry. And I had to throw half of it away. The salad was not very will put together. I blame myself for creating it, but the ingredients that were put on were awful. I asked for onion and they gave me the end part that's not edable and then some of the onion skin that you can't eat. The broccoli in the salad had a weird chemical taste to it. The desert was the chocolate mousse. It had a grainy metallic taste to it. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the delivery driver was nice and he did not forget my water. read more

Awesome place. The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is very clean. They are constantly picking up the dirty dishes at the tables. The food is excellent. Very fresh. We got the worst pastrami melt we have ever gotten in a Jason's Deli. We all loved Jasons in the past but this time we bought three sandwiches that had less pastrami than one in the past. I am DYING for a Jason's Deli in California. I visited a friend who lives in Mansfield a few weeks ago, and she took me here. I made her take me back again before I left! Their salad bar is delicious and fresh, and they have all sorts of goodies you can get on the side (hummus, cold pasta salad, granola...). I love Jason's Deli, usually. But I will not be returning to this location. Everytime I go there there is an issue with my order, such as, items missing, brown lettuce or fruit in my salad, no dressing. The list is endless. Tonight was it for me though. I paid 8$ for a salad that was not much more that a handful of lettuce. I could have paid half as much for a side salad at Chilis and gotten more food. I get it things happen.
