Not sure why some of the reviews are SO bad. My wife and I've been dining at this location for many years and have always had a positive dining experience. We were in the Mansfield area for an appointment and had time to stop for a breakfast snack. In fact, we had "time to kill," Panera is one of our favorite places since it's nice and quiet during the breakfast hours. A visit to Panera was in the cards. Both my wife and I ordered souffles, her the spinach and bacon, me the spinach and artichoke. We both love Panera's individual souffles. Of course, you can't stop into a Panera and NOT have a pastry. My wife decided on a blueberry scone and I opted for one of their pecan braids. Everything was so yummy. I just returned from picking up a phoned in order from my local Panera Bread store in Mansfield TX. I texted "I've Arrived" and got a response to the effect "You're here and we will be out very soon. In placing the order my wife said I would be in a beige Cadillac for curbside pickup. I waited 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes and finally at 40 minutes I got out of the car and went in to find the two ladies chatting away. Yes this place seems to run out of items. Also whoever is in charge of the music playlist needs to be fired. I wanted to rip my hair out. Mind you I had my air pods on full blast. Please make sure to check your food before leaving. I ordered a pick two combo for lunch. Specifically, broccoli cheese soup with chips, and half of a chipotle chicken avocado melt. I placed my order inside, and watched the lady at the food counter check orders and seal them. I trusted her that my order was correct. Went thru the drive thru today for the first time. Not a bad experience at all. No line and the food came out fast. Took it home and it was still hot enough. I'll still try to dine-in here another day. What is going on with this place? Unclean and not so friendly service. I visited this location soon after it opened. It is a little frustrating that because they have computer kiosks to order, only one person needs to be on register no matter how long the line. The food took a little longer than usual, or it should considering it wasn't crowded and the food is relatively simple. I was also surprised to see that, although the store had only been open a couple of weeks, the furniture was really worn and there was already sign of wear on the restaurant. I love this place and everything they stand for. Their food is good quality, clean, and always fresh! Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. It is totally worth it and you end up getting a lot of free pastries and extra coupons! I have yet to have had a bad experience or get food here that I don't like. If they mess up your order or don't have what you want, you usually get a free pastry!! A free pastry always makes me happy! My number one favorite thing from Panera is their cinnamon crunch bagel! I ordered curbside during a short lunch break. I live about 10 min from this location so I placed the order right before I left the house so that I could just pick it up and come back home. When I get there, I click the "I'm here" button in my confirmation email. When no one came out to deliver my food after about 5-10 min, I called and the young lady said that my order wasn't ready yet. I received an email stating that my email was ready.
