I am a frequent guest. I am trying to lose weight and I am here 1-2 times a week. It seems like within the past few months, most of the workers are using less and less lettuce and toppings. A small salad with chicken used to last me 3 days for dinner, now I'm lucky if it lasts 2. There is one guy that works here, if he is serving I go elsewhere. Visited the "chipotle" of salad bars and it was great. Although it was busy during the work week, the line moved quickly and we were served quickly. I love how many toppings they have available and everything is laid out great! The biggest draw for me is that you can add as many toppings as you want without an additional price (besides the premium items like bacon or avocado). I added a bunch of items and Salats allowed me to try a few things I wouldn't always get in a salad so I appreciate their offerings. I love Salata! They have so many options from different kinds of lettuce, almost every veggie you can think of, multiple fruits and nuts. They also have a variety of different dressings to chose from. For an upcharge you can also get quinoa, avocado, and soup. I love their portion sizes, I normally get the largest salad and eat on it for two days. They have plenty of seating if you want to sit inside or you can't get it to go. I love to come here when I'm looking for a healthy option, now it is not the cheapest salad but it sure is tasty. read more

Salatas does a great job with having many toppings for their salads. I like to get many toppings and like the chipotle chicken and chipotle dressing. I typically have a pleasant experience at this location. That was until last Wednesday late afternoon. I had guest from out of town that had never heard of Salata. She love salads so I was excited for her to have one from there. The guy who waited on us was very rude and inpatient. I ordered a large salad with romaine only and requested extra cucumbers and tomatoes. He put 3 cucumbers on the salad. I asked if I could have more. He said, that was extra. I explained to him that I only get cucumbers and tomatoes on my salad along with a protein. He said well that is extra. I told him that I would be happy to pay extra if needed. He just looked at me and said, I gave you extra. I was not asking him for anything free. I was just asking for what I was purchasing. I expressed how displeased I was with his service.
