Super runny and not thick, not anywhere near the sorbet or milk shake consistency its ment to be. Even served in a To-go cup. But overall, not a bad substitute when you can't get your hands on an authentic açaí bowl. I'm sure the Gracie family (founders of the açaí bowl) would approve.
