Jason is the real deal. I had a low PSI going into my DE filter which affected the water pressure coming out of my jacuzzi jets and pool vac. Jason did a great job changing out my old cartridge grid filters in my pool's System 3 setup. The system is running much cleaner and more efficienctly now! In response to Jason's response to my original review, You may be correct regarding the cards. I have gone through a few company's in the last two years so maybe it was some other company that left the cards. Personally, I liked the idea as I always knew when my pool was serviced. With regards to the Algae outbreak. If you did scrub the Spa, it was not to my standards as by the time I got home that afternoon the Algae had returned. I wound up cleaning the Spa again my self the following weekend. As a side note, we went without service for an additional 3 weeks after you serviced the Salt Cell and I performed my cleaning. I continued to have Algae issues. I'd clean the Spa out and within a few days the Algae would return. So it must have been more than just the Salt Cell being "offline" as it has worked well since your service of it. I'm not a professional, that why I hire people. So I won't go into the diagnosis that was given me by the "new service company". I can state that since I've had my "new service" I have not had any further issues with Algae. read more

We are new pool owners and didn't have a clue how to maintain a pool. The previous owner used Jason so we made the very great decision to stay with him. He is very patient with us and answers all of our questions. He is very accessible whenever you need to discuss an issue. He usually just needs to assure us that everything is OK or that it just needs a tweek here or there. I like that he texts me to let us know when he will be arriving, and also when he is done.
