And now they've canceled my service "effective immediately" because I've reviewed them honestly and as to my personal experience ... unprofessional. I guess that's what you get when you give feedback on overcharging. Someone who can't take the feedback and instead cuts tie. The owners use every opportunity to rip you off. I swear every single month there's some additional charge for something. Then they quote one price and charge another. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company. read more

Soly from PhenomePool is a Pool God!!!! In May we were in the process of buying our forever home but we were concerned with the look of the pool. We needed an expert to tell us what we were dealing with. We chose to go with Soly based on the rave reviews on Yelp. The pool came with issues indicating that it had not always been well maintained. There was so much calcium build-up (as you can see in the B4 picture) and the pool was not functioning to its full potential. Before we ever closed escrow, Soly came and assessed the pool, and gave us an itemized list of the repairs with the cost of each, and told us when he could do each component if we chose to go with him. He patiently and comprehensively explained what additional fixes were needed that were outside his expertise, and offered recommendations as to who could do the work. He also gave us a "nice to do" quote for some cosmetic work (polishing the tile) and noted this was cosmetic only, and would in no way affect the integrity of the pool. Soly and Andrew (from his team) worked tirelessly sandblasting and scrubbing down the pool-creating a night and day difference! There are not enough stars to give to Soly and Andrew for their integrity, kindness, patience, perseverance and expertise. Our pool has some unique features Soly spent weeks reverse engineering and troubleshooting, never once suggesting he would give up.
