I met Julie the owner in Arizona a while back and decided to check out Jaspare's. There were 6 of us. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were both delicious. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She told us that Julie was usually at the Sprinkles site. My husband and I decided to try out their subs and see Julie. I usually get delivery. The crust is delicious. I always get the hicken Carbonara pizza on a medium crust with garlic parm flavor on crust. They also have garlic bread with cheese - which is made using sub buns. They use this garlic butter and cheese to make the cheesy garlic bread and it is so good. Honestly the first time I have written a review, ever. We ordered a simple pan pizza. No biggie, right? Well got the pizza home and the crust was way overdone . I called and the poor guy on the phone (I know he was just the messenger) but I explained and he sympathized and said he would check with the manger. Well, the poor kid came back with the answer "pan pizzas are supposed to be like that" so I can't do anything for you, except put in for another pizza. Uhm, yeah I know what a pan pizza is supposed to be, nice and tan brown. Not this. Well I then asked if I could speak with the manager and he said she wasn't available. We got delivery from here last night, I'm in town visiting some friends. We got the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza (apparently different from their Big Mac burger though?), the chicken pesto pizza, and the three cheese garlic bread. First off, the garlic bread was phenomenal. Very garlicky, and topped with cheese. Definitely would order it again. I can only speak to the chicken pesto pizza but it was pretty good, maybe 4/5 from me. It comes with artichokes but we got half artichokes and half not, since I dislike artichokes. My boyfriend and our other friend split the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and said they really liked it. I live near by and although I'm a fan of Jaspares I've noticed a decline in quality over the last few years...tonight was the capper .just bought a supreme pizza and was very disappointed...undercooked crust..floppy ....olives and some toppings barely warm..cheese had barely melted .almost raw onions..was tempted to go back but ended up firing up my oven and finished baking it (as much as i could) come on guys..i know what this place is capable of...do better read more

It saddens me to have update this review to this but the trend has been downward for a while now. Buffet price went up to over $9 after the mix your own drink machine went in. I know those have a significant cost to have and main but they are a great feature. I agree with the notion to remove it since it was not being stocked often enough for half of the flavors to be available, and for someone that does not drink pop the options were lemonade or fizzy water with flavor adding... And that was not available all that often. The tea has not been "in order" in the last 6 visits. Since the removal of the expensive machine the price has not gone down, so I was hoping that the tea would start getting attention as the selection went down but it seems that will not be the case. This time there was no cups except for a random on that was not in the holder, so likely one from the floor. When asked the employees one knew they had no cups and the other scrambled to find me one without success. I am pleased that the televisions are not set to max volume anymore so that is a perk. Bathroom sink takes 5+ minutes to get warm, so I suggest turning on the faucet when you first walk in. For the first time in the memorable past I did not need to steal a television set from another table on my way through. Good job on whomever is handling that now. The buffet pizza quality is still on par so long as you are visiting during peak lunch times. Outside of those times it has been a hit or miss. The pizza and the table supplies are the only thing that made this review not a 1 star for this visit. I hope that the down trend gives way to a upward trend soon or I worry for the continued patronage of those of us that work locally to Jaspers. I used to be weekly, even twice a week some times, but now maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks. read more

The restaurant: boxes everywhere. Tables were dirty with precious diners' plates and trash. Everything looked dirty. The food: Flavorless sauce on pizza, just a greasy mess. No joke, $26 for one large meat pizza and two drinks. I'm going to be honest here: for the money this is by far the worst pizza I've ever had. This is great pizza. It's a bit more expensive than a Pizza Hut or Papa John's, but it's good. The crust is different. It's similar to a Sicilian crust. It's not crewy or tough, but it's not doughy. The cheese they use is fantastic. The sauce has lots of flavor. Their garlic cheese bread is truly amazing. It's by far my favorite item on the menu. They have a lunch buffet that's very good as well. Salad, pizza, bread/cheese sticks with lots of variety. They even have Mello Yello on tap! Lots of room to sit, great for families. They have a large delivery radius as well. I've been wanting to try the pasta and the subs, but I haven't had a chance to. We normally get the 20"pizza so we have plenty left over for the next day. read more

There are a billion places to get pizza from and pizza is a highly subjective. That said, this is probably my favorite pizza in town especially if I'm getting carry out or delivery. The sauce has a great unique flavor because it's made in house. They have a lot of little touches that make their pizzas great. When they do ham, they have large swatches of thin ham slices resting all throughout the pizza. That's just one example. I recently took advantage of a special and ordered 4 larges of multiple varieties and 2 breadstick orders. Everyone chowed it down and I even ordered a Sicilian style one with olive oil, no sauce (it has Parmesan) or cheese for my vegan friends and that was a hit. So, give this a shot. I like Godfathers, Martini's is very high class, Bilbo's is excellent, even Bimbo's has a good pie, but I really enjoy the flavor of Jaspare's pizza. Maybe it's the prep and how they put it together but it comes through bold with a natural authenticity. read more

Would not recommend this pizza. The crust has a chewy, card board texture, worse than most frozen pizzas. And definitely not worth the money you would pay for it. Cheese had an old taste. There are cheaper, better options out there. On a plus, it wasn't very greasy. But I think that's the only thing I liked. read more

I really hate having to write this review. I have ordered delivery service multiple times from Jaspare's app. It was over an hour and half each time before the delivery arrived. I had to call the store personally to check in on the order, only to hear that the app was apparently down and they did not see my initial order. The next time I ordered I called the order in, to avoid the issues with the app. The order took exactly 1 hour and 15 mins for deliver, AGAIN! My home is less than .25 miles from the store. The food was cold and not as I ordered. I do have to say that the employees are apologetic and offer us a coupon/discount on our next order. I really enjoy Jaspare's Turkey Sub and am just so disappointed in the service and quality of food that has arrived. read more

We had a company training day scheduled for Monday, Jan. 6th, so I placed a large pizza/lasagna/salad/dessert order on Friday. Jaspare's pizza is always great and goes over well with the staff. However, Monday morning we had nearly two feet of snow, and subzero wind chills. Every place was closed -- including Jaspare's. However, the manager (? I didn't get his name) called and said he would get to the store if at all possible and prepare our order. Right on time, he showed up at our door with eight hot and delicious pizzas and fabulous lasagna. Totally went far beyond any expectations and saved the day!
